Disappointed that I was unable to retake the test despite attempts at trying.

Pros

Video and transcripts were fine. Improvement over previous version.

Cons

Test would not allow me to retake after an incorrect answer and last question took several attempts to register.

Cons

Not much. As a user, it would be nice to mute the dialogue, but I know how important that is to the trainings

Pros

It covers everything comprehensively and quickly

Cons

It is very repetative. I would suggest making notes if you are slightly older and do not have good recall

Top service & having a designated manager is spot on for a personal service that works very well.

Pros

Ease of use and the contents of the subject matter

Cons

Some of the slides wouldn’t blow up to full screen when using on an iPad

Pros

The variation of the information on the subject.

Cons

e-learning does require concentration as it can be very dry and lonely - shorter periods of training may allow better commitment to the time required in busy working days.

It’s a good training system as it test your knowledge on the way.

Pros

That the training was up to date on the sense it keeps up with everyday life making reference to smartphones etc

Some of the early screens, pre-introduction, are a little busy, but other than that it works very well.

Excellent training, learnt alot, very clearly delivered. Training points were repeated throughout. Some key points as subtitles were also helpful.

The short videos, the plain background, the continuity of using the same presenter.

iHasco has become our lead training provider because of how simple it is to use for all staff and how well priced for our budget. We can get all our legal requirements for training done over all our sites and it helps us be compliant. The assistance to our business from the iHasco staff has been second to none. They make me look good always.

Pros

Simple to use and backed up with a great team at iHasco to help you provide a great training platform for my staff. Yearly email reminders to remind staff their training needs to be done again.

Cons

Nothing... it does exactly what it says it should, so all good.

Pros

The fact I can scroll back. This meant that when I was interrupted, as per my job, I didn't miss anything. It's important to be able to go over anything at will and make your mind up that you get it.

Cons

The question on smoke. You can answer 2 ways. Also the radiation question has a very specefic wording which doesn't really fit the school science definition.

Pros

Easy to use, clear and content is very good. Produces certificates and provides reports. Can track activity and it can send reminders.

Cons

Sometimes does not work on certain browsers. If you wish to go back to a previous video you have to watch the whole lot again before you return to where you paused.
