Pros Presentation easy to follow. Covers everthing that needs to be covered. Cons Far too many questions which rely on all to remenmber facts which undoubtly will be forgooton within minutes of completing the test. The assunsuin seems to be that all ages are firtstly computer literate and secondly does not take into acount peoples memory retention. I find the people at iHasco easy to communicate with and they're helpful with good advice on which courses are best to meet the company requirements. Pros It's very simple and easy to access and operate. Cons Some employees commented that the presentation is a bit boring and maybe the narrative elements could be a little more engaging. As I discovered, knowledge of this legislation and its particulars is essential to how I shall conduct myself in data processing. Pros The ease of use and customer support. The training lead on from the basics to a full spectrum of the desired knowledge in a logical and straight forward manner. The customer support was outstanding, and responded to me very quickly. They resolved an issue I had in a professional and informative way. Cons The lack of interactivity interspersed. Pros It is an easy to follow and well set out online learning course. Being able to pause as required was of assistance as training undertaken during normal working day. There is good use of written, verbal and examples of this topic on the screen as it progresses. Pros It's simplistic GUI, the womans voice assertive but empathetic! Cons The exam questions at the end of the grueling and absolutely painful tutorial, were just basic common sense. I can read faster and take information quicker and more efficiently than a patronising tutorial. So why not give me an obvious option to fast forward to the questions, instead of making me sit through forty mins! of un-skippable footage.
