Not much at all is appealing. Support is poor.

Cons

Hard to use. Non functional planning area. Date disappears when you scroll down.

We've been using it for nearly a year at church, and it has streamlined communication almost infinitely!

Pros

It can very easily increase the capability of what you can achieve, without juggling multiple systems: email marketing, sms communication, check in, projects, services, worship, etc

Cons

Occasionally buggy on tablets and phones, and it's a bit of a learning curve before you can start unleashing it's real potential.
