It just works and works well. Pros It is simple to use and provides straightforward collaboration and review. The PDF rendering is excellent. The low cost makes it no brainer. Slack integration is fantastic. Revisions on designs can change how you interact with clients. Cons The comment tools can be confusing to first time clients. The uploading workflow could be streamlined. Cons It would be great to be able to organize projects in the project list. Commenting was a little more direct to the locations.. not just floating. " June 12, 2019 5.0 Pros For as long as I have been using GoVisually, I have always had ease in making edits and passing along information through the system to others. The comments tool works perfectly for what we are trying to accomplish. Cons It would be nice if this system was paired with other CRM systems to they could speak to each other across the board. Pros The software is userfriendly and fast to leave comments for the studio team. The good point is that it helps the design studio real-time see the comments and the iterations become faster and more real-time. Cons I wish the software would give me more flexibility and more features. For example, would be great to have draw something on the pictures. If it would give some most useful features of Microsoft Powerpoint, it would be great. Pros I looked at a lot of different proofing tools and this was by far the most straight forward one out there right now. Cons When we first purchased this software we ran into some issues with ease of use and the approval process however, you can tell they really do read your feedback. All of the issues I was having have since been resolved. Reason for choosing GoVisually It was the only straight forward proofing tool that was only a proofing tool and not part of a more complicated software I'd never utilize. Associate Producer Events Services Used the software for: 1-2 years ### "Graphic Review Made Easy" June 12, 2019 4.0 I really like GoVisually, we use it to create client graphics and review internally and externally with our team and clients. So far it's been widely accepted by all. Pros I like the platform, its easy to understand and use. Love that you have tools that can circle exact parts of the graphic so there is no confusion what or where you are making a comment on. Cons I would prefer you could remove people from the team of reviewers from version to version within the same project folder. It doesn't appear this is currently an option. Review Source JG Juan G. Pros I like this very much! Is super easy to use. The best is you can share with the client to the review the designs. It's simple but perfect!!!! Cons I like everything but I can suggest to set notifications to remind review or edit a design! anyway it's perfect as it is. Cons One update that would be helpful is if any links shared to a proof automatically referred to the latest version of said proof, rather than the specific version to which the link applies. Pros I love many thing about this software–you can check off comments, comment on comments, organize files well and invite several users to look at the proof. It is also very user-friendly! Cons My biggest dislike about this software is a disability to turn off email notifications/project. I also don't like how you can compare versions. Saves time and energy. Pros Simplicity of use and first on-boarding for myself but also for other collaborators. Design and functions are intuitive so it's easy to jump to working. Cons There aren't multimedia support (video) so had to work in another program. However, I guess there is some trade-off simplicity vs. functionalities. Review Source ME Matt E.
