We can say from experience that it is far better than the options we have tried previously. Pros Our team has used several different property management software options in the last 6 years. Janiis has by far been the most user friendly and pretty straight forward for our team to use on a daily basis (we operate 24/7/365). Cons Honestly, after using the other software systems, our team really loves Janiis. There is really almost nothing that we do not like about Janiis - the process of making reservations flows smoothly. Our only hiccup is the occasional 1-3 minute delay when we are manually blocking or unblocking properties. Switched from [Kigo](https://www.capterra.com/p/274975/Kigo/) The previous software had a few highlights but was unable to do many of the basic requirements a property manager faces on a regular basis, like generate year end summary owner statements if you had a significant amount of data for the year.
