Pros

What I like about Lead Docket is that it keeps all your leads organized and shows exactly where each one came from. It’s super easy to manage.

Cons

There’s not much to dislike about Lead Docket, but I do feel like it’s better suited for larger firms rather than smaller ones.

Great experience overall, the way the system manages data is friendly to its users and has many features that help with the data entry

The user experience is quite satisfying, easy to understand and manage. Updating data is great and easy to manage.

Cons

When handling a different case for the same client, avoiding the duplicate. The integration with filevine has some minor issues.

Great, it has been very helpful with boosting our rates of intakes and retentions.

Pros

The status-message design makes it very efficient to review and process leads without having to click through too many options.

Cons

The process for setting up new case types, assigning and arranging the fields, and setting up the lead form is too cumbersome

How easy it is to navigate and stay on track.

Sometimes emailing is difficult as we don't receive some attachments to certain emails.

Overall, our company has been very pleased with Lead Docket. We heavily rely on it for keeping our potential leads up to date, assigning them amongst our intake team, and merging the information into our client management software.

Pros

Lead Docket has been a huge asset for managing leads for our firm. It has a user-friendly interface that is easy to navigate for our intake team. Our favorite feature is that it syncs with Filevine, our client file management software, ensuring that data integration between platforms is more organized for our case management process. In addition, Lead Docket is highly customizable, allowing firms to tailor fields, reports, and automation to fit their specific needs. The Intake Dshboard is a quick way to digest all incoming leads, their status, and who they're assigned to. It also generates task flows, helping our intake team stay on track with automated reminders and structured processes that improve productivity and follow-up efficiency.

Cons

As with other legal software, it does take some time to get used to and isn't super intuitive. It is bare bones in its appearance, making it difficult to look at until you're used to using the software.

Lead Docket is one of the better CRMs on the market for law firms. From the management side, it is easy to evaluate the team's performance and track leads. From the user side, it is very easy to navigate the system and track communications and referrals.

Reporting, automation, and the user-friendliness. Referral dashboard.

Reporting changes, reporting lack of customization

10/10. Love how it connects to FileVine and is easy to edit leads. I had a great experience learning the system. It is great for our marketing because we can see what is working and what is not. This has a great financial impact on our marketing budget so we don't overspend in areas not bringing in the most clients.

Pros

I like how it monitors every lead and is very customizable.

Cons

Every field in the intake form sent to new clients has mandatory fields, whereas they can't submit the document unless filled out, however, some clients are able to pass mandatory field without issue leaving us chasing vital information.

Very satisfied with the system. As a new user I feel I was able to work my way around the page with ease as everything is very streamlined and simple to understand.

Pros

The streamlined ease of use. Each section is labeled clearly and simply. The filter option makes it easy to track your specific files. The functionality is smooth. Very satisfied with this program.

Cons

I feel the task portion can be updated so that you can click that it was completed rather than needing to delete the task if it was done outside of LD.

Pros

What I like about Lead Docket is how it keeps our intake process organized, tracks leads effortlessly, and automates follow ups. It also integrates with our case management system, making client sign ups or referring cases out seamlessly.

Cons

The reporting can be a bit limiting, and some integrations need a bit more work. I also think the customization options could be a bit more extensive.
