Pros I really enjoy how we are able to keep everything in the system. From texts, emails and even documents we send out to our clients. Cons The only thing I would change about Lead Docket is the fact that there isn't an auto-update feature. Pros Easy user experience, useful automations, and the ability to connect with different CRMs. Cons Inability to change core "built in" sections (Marketing Details) or have custom fields be contingent upon those responses; loss of the Usage Column in Custom Fields, limited custom reporting capabilities. Still getting use to using it, but easy to understand, use, and modify to firm's needs. Despite some lag time, the program is immensely beneficial to the intake department at CLAW. Pros Very simple and does not require lots of training Cons Still getting use to using it, but some confusion when leads received but via email and opportunities. There is a some lag time. A lot of the manual work has become automated, allowing me to identify and focus on key leads. It's helped to create a simple work flow that everyone can follow and get more work done effectively. Pros I use Lead Docket on a daily basis and it's very easy to understand the many functions it offers. The integration process is straightforward. I like that I have the ability customize the case types and change the message templates to fit our company's needs. The ability to text and interact with potential clients in real time with out having to use another text platform is practical and saves a lot of time. The different statuses helped to streamline our process of prioritizing, analyzing, and tracking individual leads more efficiently. Cons Right now I have to download a report to see all appointments booked with the times and locations. I'd like to have the option to see them on a calendar view with time slots instead of scrolling down the scheduled status or generating a report. Review Source cM cely M.
