Daily huddle meeting generally speak about the list meetings and work that a person is going to perform for the day. There were a few teammates who suggested trying the tool so that we not need to actually meet and save time. Also, there are a few associates who has on field duty and thus it becomes difficult for them to attend the meetings at scheduled time. Pros \- You do not need to be a part of meeting to contribute in a meeting - No one can deviate from the actual meeting pointers - Adds convenience for everyone because each one can participate in a meeting as per their schedule Cons \- Reduces team bonding since you have stopped doing meeting in person - Not effective for meetings that need urgent closure Review Source Response from TJELP August 2, 2022 Dear Pappu, We are very pleased to read your review. Facetime is and remains very important. However, we hope that smart meetings with Yabbu will provide more space to do this in a very targeted manner. So maybe less facetime, but with more quality. Start together when using it. Pros It has proven to be a mean to get more out of meetings: by shifting the information exchange part of te meeting to the preperation phase, there can be more of a focus to collaboration and meaningfull discussions rather than information exchange. In addition to this, it has been surprisingly helpfull in keeping those who couldn't attent meetings in the loop - this way also being a more sophisticated way to communicate meeting outcomes than traditional meeting-minutes. Cons The approach is most valuable if you start as a team using it. And its a continu process, during the whole week 24/7 my teammembers can reply on topics and bring in new information. In the preparation of the agenda alone, it saves me a lot of time. The directors themselves post agenda items with a possible explanation. I used to be a link here, but that is not necessary. Pros It's nice that no more agendas have to be printed. Ideally, everyone can enter their own points in a pre-made session. You can also call on agenda items before the meeting starts. The action list also works perfectly. Cons If there are various responses to one agenda item, you cannot respond directly to each response at this time. This is being worked on from Yabbu.
