Great at first, then offline a majority of the time

Pros

Nice clean interface, very workable. Would have paid for use but was free.

Cons

This software is offline all of the time now. We have shifted to another paid provider

Until it became unusable, I loved it. Losing all of my data and access to the account was devastating.

Pros

Its easy to use and understand and the pricing is great.

Cons

One day the login page stopped working. Error in exception handler. I have been UNABLE to access my invoice records since June 2020.

My overall experience has been poor. I've been unable to access the product due to an error and there is no customer support. Besides that, the user interface is dated and so is the look of the invoices. I will no longer be using this product and do not recommend.

Pros

I selected this software because it I needed something inexpensive and simple. It is both of these things.

Cons

There is NO customer support. The only way to contact is via their sales contact form. One day the product literally stopped working - couldn't log in due to a page error. Emailed them twice via their contact form and no response. Several days later the page started working again. A few weeks later is is broken again.

Pros

I love the ability to track my time when working for different clients. The product is free and yet produces invoices, receipts, quotes.

Cons

I am currently unable to access my account due to the site being hacked. With that, I'm unable to contact support to retrieve the documents that I created.

It keeps me organized. This software easily allows me to access my invoices.

Pros

I like how easy it is to get started, especially with the free version.

Cons

I don't like how the "issue" and "due" date appear in the invoice. The month and day are backward and the software doesn't allow me to manually enter a date.
