Customer service is excellent and questions are answered without delay. ZenTreasury is also cost effective and you really get value for money. Our reporting needs were taken into account very well and a new feature was also developed in the software based on our needs. ZenTreasury has been proved to be very flexible and agile software and it has a user-friendly interface. Cons To ascertain that the data for previous periods are not changed, the system has the possibility to freeze all lease agreements before certain date. Although the freezing functionality meets the needs, it would be more preferable to freeze only the previous periods and not all lease agreements (and their coming months as well). Once we made the decision to use Zen, it was amazing how quickly everything was set up. Throughout our customising and implementation we have found the Zen team to be very helpful, easy to reach and hands on! Pros We looked at a number or providers but decided on Zen Treasury mainly due to its userfriendliness.
