While the service performs exceptionally well and is highly accurate—better than any other email verification tool I’ve tried—issues with account access impacted my experience. I faced repeated problems logging into my profile, with both the password reset and re-registration attempts failing. Additionally, the lack of a direct Google sign-in option is a drawback. If Verifalia can address these login challenges, it would greatly improve the user experience Pros Verifalia stands out among email verification tools I've tried due to its exceptional accuracy. It not only delivers reliable results but also provides detailed insights into the status of email servers, including user-friendly explanations for non-technical users—a feature I haven’t found in other similar products. Additionally, Verifalia allows users to try the service without requiring sign-up, which is a fantastic benefit as it allows you to explore the tool without needing to share personal information upfront Cons The main challenge I encountered with Verifalia was related to account access. Although I initially signed up with my business email and successfully used the service that day, I was unable to log in again later with the same credentials, which I had saved in my password manager. Attempts to reset the password resulted in a 'user doesn’t exist' error, yet trying to re-register with the same email indicated it was already in use. This experience was quite frustrating and made it difficult to continue using the service Switched from [Proofy](https://www.capterra.com/p/155269/Proofy/) The main reason I switched from Proofy to Verifalia was due to recurring login issues, which left me unable to access the service after my initial use. I was only able to use the guest email verification feature. I use it before campaign advertising to validate all my email addresses and this reduces the cost of my campaigns. Pros I like that it does what you except. You submit your email addresses and it validates them. Never had a wrong validation. Cons It misses the SDK for Python. I managed to integrate it easily by myself. They quickly helped me understand the results of my preliminary email verifications and helped me feel comfortable purchasing enough credits to verify my 150,000+ email list. As a special note, my deliverability rate is at nearly 99% when sending to verified lists from Verifalia. That is HUGE when you send a ton of emails! Pros Very easy to use. Simply copy my column of email addresses into a txt file and upload to their system, and voila! A couple choices for the depth of verification and I get a clean .csv I can use to easily remove bad email addresses from my list. Cons I could have used more information explaining the different types of results you get from their verification system. They may be available on their website, but I didn't see them and thus had to reach out to them for support.
