Pros I like that the software is user friendly, easy to understand, and accurate. The information flows smoothly from the input to the tax return. Pros Overall, the software does a decent job taking information, running it through current tax law, and inputting on forms. I like how it integrates with Engagement. Cons When you get into portions of the software that are less frequently used (e.g. states, foreign forms), you start seeing quite a few holes and bugs. There are places where it could easily do calculations or fill in boxes, but it doesn't. There are also a lot of fields, especially in states, that don't work at all. Pros I have only used this software, but it is very easy to use. There are many cool features to this software that make auditing very easy. Cons This software could use a facelift. The search function is very useful Cons Prosystem Axcess, the cloud version, takes a long time to recalculate and save. Both programs make it difficult to override certain line items.
