IPaidThat

## What is IPaidThat?

IPaidThat is a software using artificial intelligence and machine learning to collect all invoices automatically in the mail boxes. If some of them are not sent to a mail box, the software go find them on the providers websites. It also imports banking operations, so as to compare datas and see if everything is matching well. If a substantiating document is missing, a notification is sent. A mobile app is also available to scan and import expense accounts by taking a photo.

Pros

Ergonomy, easy to use, automation. Great support team. We save a huge amount of time collecting invoices and other documents. The algorithm learns quickly and reviewing the documents is easy.

Cons

User restrictions is not flexible enough. The platform is a bit slow. The expenses bill system lacks a good application to scan bills easily.

It helps me do my invoices in a very professional way. I can share every data with my accountant. My accounting is very important for me and that's why I needed a powerful tool.

Pros

The Algorithm used to find my invoices in my email, the fact that my accountant can access the data, the fact that I can scan my receipts from my phone

Cons

No real problem encountered, the software is really easy to use. I would say just one thing, the price could be lower.
