Pros

The tool is both simple to setup, easy to use, reliable and cost effective. As a fully virtual business we rely on creating video based first impressions during the interview process - OTB allow us to focus on each candidate by ensuring we don't have to worry about jittery video or the dreaded robotic audio that is so common with non-commercial solutions.

Cons

We have not come across any issues as of yet. I am looking forward to seeing how video sessions cans be "transferred" in cases where a candidate need to speak to more than one interviewer (we haven't had the need yet but I see this evolving in the near future).

we've reduced our interview time by 50% or so, and reduced our in-person no-shows by building a relationship first in a live video interview.

Pros

Easy to use, training only 15-30 minutes. Our candidates don't have to download third-party software. The virtual video job fairs aren't available from any other vendor we looked at.

Cons

we can't afford the mobile app right now but it's in our plans, we are using the desktop version and Android
