Pros: it is easy to redirect my employees.. gives me great reporting detail, never have to ask for the original copy of the invoice so i can see what they wrote ( don't push hard enuff)

Cons: I didn't find it earlier. If more companies had this with the intercompany commutations getting extra resources would be a breeze

Overall: I Spend less time on the phone dealing with miss commutations

We use this to track our time, get work directions, basically anything related to our job is here.

Pros: It is simple to use. I always know what I'm doing the next day, I can easily communicate problems and whether or not I will be available for tasks, and I no longer have paperwork to lose.

Cons: Our meetings are shorter. Sometimes I forget to clock out, and then I have to talk to a higher up to fix my time.

Overall: I know what I'm doing before I even get to work, I get live details about tasks, and if(when) I have a problem my foreman usually understands what the problem is better, and he usually gets to me a before I have to call him and wait around.
