Pros

Software that has a simple to use preface that is clear task really helps us in many areas in our business. I think every company should use it.

Cons

Since we started using this software, even though it's not yet a year old, we haven't had any major problems with it. It's top notch

I know what I'm doing before I even get to work, I get live details about tasks, and if(when) I have a problem my foreman usually understands what the problem is better, and he usually gets to me a before I have to call him and wait around.

Pros

It is simple to use. I always know what I'm doing the next day, I can easily communicate problems and whether or not I will be available for tasks, and I no longer have paperwork to lose.

Cons

Our meetings are shorter. Sometimes I forget to clock out, and then I have to talk to a higher up to fix my time.

I Spend less time on the phone dealing with miss commutations

Pros

it is easy to redirect my employees.. gives me great reporting detail, never have to ask for the original copy of the invoice so i can see what they wrote ( don't push hard enuff)

Cons

I didn't find it earlier. If more companies had this with the intercompany commutations getting extra resources would be a breeze
