Pros The ease with which one can collect Twitter data, but that the software can be used to analyze and visualize any other network data. The graphs are great, particularly with the pro version. Cons Runs slowly and at times crashes - though the speed issue is primarily due to Twitter constraints. No crash issues on my desktop, where I have 32 GB of RAM.
