Great App overall! Pros The best thing is it's very intuitive UI and experience. It is much less time consuming to create and publish surveys. We can edit the questions on the go with lot of different options to set our preferred type of surveys. Definitely saves a lot of time compared to other survey apps with lot of pre-built templates. Cons No cons I can think of the moment, maybe there can be a trial of Pro version so we can test the AI survey feature. Furthermore, it has made it easier to hear the opinions of our employees anonymously so we can ensure we are providing a safe and secure work environment. Pros Survey Planet is very easy to use and it is has simple set ups. The ability to set up multiple different kinds of surveys has been beneficial for us. We have used these forms for a variety of different reasons that vary from compliance to employee engagement. For example: we have set up a survey to complete Health and Safety quizzes to remain compliant in our province but we have also generated a survey for employee engagement ideas. The results are easy to understand and have been valuable data for our company. Cons The customization on the free version is extremely limited but the cost of a plan is hard to justify when only using casually. It was easy to set up my consents, demographics, and questions all on one survey. Pros It was really easy to use and was intuitive. It made wonderful charts and comparisons. It was very easy for my participants to use. Cons I can't think of anything I didn't like. It was simple, straightforward. Unlike other platforms.Also it offers many pre written templates, making it a huge time saver. Cons While the free version is amazing, sometimes i felt myself wishing i had access to advanced features like question branching for more complex logic without upgrading. We’ve compressed the life cycle of feedback from days to hours. And we’re making UI/UX decisions that are now based on fast, real data not guesses. Pros We’ve used Survey Planet for internal and external surveys to great effect. Its clean UI and question branching logic are solid for rapid prototyping. Cons Perhaps it could be better API access or deeper integrations we had to build a work around to Zapier limit to sync results into our BI dashboard.
