Great App overall! Pros The best thing is it's very intuitive UI and experience. It is much less time consuming to create and publish surveys. We can edit the questions on the go with lot of different options to set our preferred type of surveys. Definitely saves a lot of time compared to other survey apps with lot of pre-built templates. Cons No cons I can think of the moment, maybe there can be a trial of Pro version so we can test the AI survey feature. It was easy to set up my consents, demographics, and questions all on one survey. Pros It was really easy to use and was intuitive. It made wonderful charts and comparisons. It was very easy for my participants to use. Cons I can't think of anything I didn't like. It was simple, straightforward. Cons I only used Survey Planet a few times and was on the free plan due to the minimal time i needed to spend on the project I was working on. Furthermore, it has made it easier to hear the opinions of our employees anonymously so we can ensure we are providing a safe and secure work environment. Pros Survey Planet is very easy to use and it is has simple set ups. The ability to set up multiple different kinds of surveys has been beneficial for us. We have used these forms for a variety of different reasons that vary from compliance to employee engagement. For example: we have set up a survey to complete Health and Safety quizzes to remain compliant in our province but we have also generated a survey for employee engagement ideas. The results are easy to understand and have been valuable data for our company. Cons The customization on the free version is extremely limited but the cost of a plan is hard to justify when only using casually. Cons While the free version is amazing, sometimes i felt myself wishing i had access to advanced features like question branching for more complex logic without upgrading. Designing surveys with Survey Planet is super easy and with the free option it saved me a good deal of money. Pros I love that so much is offered for free use. You can make a great survey using that version. One of my favorite things they offer free is the ability to have help wording your questions appropriately. That's so helpful when creating professional surveys. Cons I was disappointed that you couldn't add pictures without paying for an actual subscription. Pros SurveyPlanet software has great template and survey creation features. It's something easy to build and send users to respond. The response analysis functionality is very good and helps to analyze users' opinions and create statistical reports. It's easy to customize and has great performance on Windows. Doesn't have the same degree of functionality as surveymonkey but you get what you pay for and most of the time we could find a way around it (even if it made for quite a clunky experience for respondents). Pros We used this software to run some very short and basic surveys with our customers. $20 a month and cancel anytime makes it one of the cheapest options available. Cons The features are very basic. Skip logic and question branching are limited and you can't pipe text from previous answers into later questions.
