September 3, 2025 5.0 Surveys are boring to answer, and clients often don't answer them because they're long or don't catch their attention. With Survey Planet, you can have a design that's attractive, easy, and quick to answer, which has led to a greater number of responses. Pros It's an easy-to-use tool from the start for creating custom surveys with images, logos, fonts, and pre-designed templates. This makes the creation process quick and creates an attractive design so the client can answer the questions carefully. Thanks to its visually well-crafted design, it's easy to share surveys and can be answered from any device for the client's convenience. This results in a greater number of responses and a perfect analysis of each question asked. Cons The free plan is very simple and doesn't offer the extensive tools the paid plan offers. Furthermore, it has made it easier to hear the opinions of our employees anonymously so we can ensure we are providing a safe and secure work environment. Pros Survey Planet is very easy to use and it is has simple set ups. The ability to set up multiple different kinds of surveys has been beneficial for us. We have used these forms for a variety of different reasons that vary from compliance to employee engagement. For example: we have set up a survey to complete Health and Safety quizzes to remain compliant in our province but we have also generated a survey for employee engagement ideas. The results are easy to understand and have been valuable data for our company. Cons The customization on the free version is extremely limited but the cost of a plan is hard to justify when only using casually. Cons I only used Survey Planet a few times and was on the free plan due to the minimal time i needed to spend on the project I was working on.
