Very positive. Team was very supportive and the coaches are amazing!

Pros

Easy to use, great interface and drives engagement at the shop floor level

Cons

Some features (like problem solving) are still done outside of the system. would be even better if was built right in.

Great for real time monitoring of individual production lines, areas and factories. Enables data driven improvements. Ultimate communication tool. Great coaching to get the teams up to speed on using the software.

Cons

Some reports can be tricky to generate from Tableau.

Pros

Training people in this software is pretty easy from my perspective. Coaching support is informative.

Cons

Adding specifications on to Red Zone is sometimes time consuming.
