For businesses it offers SSO and pretty good security/compliance features. Sharing records internally or externally works as expected and even more efficient internally if the Shared Vaults are utilized. Authentication policy for SSO enforcement by groups is confusing and needs work. **Pros:** User interface is modern, generally easy to use, auto fil works well, and offers a massive range of record types for storing information or credentials. Admin management is good and offers SSO with Entra ID. Sharing records internally or externally is works as expected. The native shared vault feature is really good for businesses and a great way to keep records organizaed across different teams. **Cons:** Transfer session tokens between devices/app will sometimes get stuck and put you into a loop or not work. Hightly recommend to only use either the browser extension OR the desktop app, not both on the same computer. SSO enforce policy by groups has a weird flaw where after implmentation, every new user you add has to go through an account recovery process after setting up their account in order for SSO to work moving forward.
