My overall experience with 1Password has been nothing short of amazing, I’ve been using it for years and I wouldn’t switch to anything else.

Pros

I love everything about 1Password: its broad feature set to the ease of use, the consistent look and feel of their apps (available on all main desktop and mobile devices), the excellent and reactive customer service, the constant and relentless improvements of their platform, the flexibility of their paid plans. I literally depend on this fantastic app!

Cons

Honestly? Nothing. Even if I was hard-pressed, I couldn’t come up with one single thing I dislike about this software.

### "Right autocompletes!"

I use it daily to store my passwords, and my cards, and I love the autocompletes they make on the site.

Pros

All versions of the program is more than efficient, whether in chome or mobile, has wonderful autocompletes, and that always work very well, after I started using it, I never used simple and memorable passwords, I always use generated passwords. for them. In addition to passwords they organize my cards very efficiently. The app is very intuitive and easy to understand.

Cons

Such a good program, I can not see any need for change or improvement, it meets all my expectations, whether on mobile or computer.

### "The best password manager for your life or business"

The best password manager bar none. It gives me the piece of mind that I have all of my passwords saved in a place to remember them and that they are all different.

Pros

1Password thinks of everything. It has the ability to leave rich text formatted notes, create custom fields on your login details, add tags, show you weak passwords or ones that have been exploited. I have been using this product since 2010 and it is the first thing I install on all of my devices.

Cons

The thing I like the least about it is you might have never used it if you are reading this review. They are an awesome company and have an amazing product.

Cons

It would be nice if there was an entry type to store certification keys (SSH, rsa, pem files, etc.)

Great product, great support, consistent and solid experience for the past 3 years.

Pros

\- Easy for me to manage the whole family's accounts. - Easy to generate complex passwords - Can add detailed notes to each password. - Syncing is seamless - Integrates with Touch ID / Face ID / Watch Unlock on Apple platforms. - Helpful support

Cons

Nothing major. There are a couple of minor bugs that I've reported to support, and that are already tracked, but other than that everything works perfectly.

Pros

For simple password management for small teams and a relatively affordable per seat price, it gets the job done to meet the minimum standard for password security in today's digital world.

Cons

Chrome extension and UI feel a bit clunky and unintuitive for managing passwords and viewing and sharing vaults. 1Password also had a hard time correctly saving login information for forms with 3+ fields, e.g., AWS Console, so I always had to look up my AWS account number to input into the login form.

### "If you love remembering passwords, don't read this review"

Will be a customer for life, unless they really mess things up! This is the best annual subscription my money pays for.

Pros

I have been using 1password since 2010. I have encouraged my family, friends, coworkers, and pets to get on the bandwagon. The seamless integration across all your devices, computer and phone, and (if you get the family plan) your closest loved ones who you need to share information with. Create 1 strong password, then let 1pass do the rest. Your logins, cc, bank accounts, notes, reminders, etc etc etc can all be stored and accessed from your phone or your computer. I just can't say how much this has simplified my life, work, and ability to get things done quickly without having to worry about remembering how to login to the many different sites I use daily.

Cons

Not really a con, but more of a request. I use another program for text snippet creation. If 1password could do snippet inserts, then I would be able to cut out another license i currently pay for.

Intuitive interface makes keeping one's data safe effortless. Reduces friction for efficient workflows that keeps critical information secure. No excuse not to use random complex passwords for every logon. Great way to keep other personal information organized, private and backed up. Teaching family and student safe online practices with 1password as the backbone app. Excellent customer support and constant innovation. Latest updates to 1password in Chrome demonstrate drive for ongoing advancements. Affordable business model for families and teams. Watchtower is an added benefit!

Cons

Would like to be able to add images to secure notes, cards and memberships in iOS. Would like to be able to add 'loyalty' card numbers through photo of physical card and have automatic linking to loyalty company website. With a few tweaks 1password could also replace need for separate loyalty card app. Would love to see further integration of apple Wallet and Apple's Siri.

Pros

1password is a great idea for businesses. Having a place to keep your personal passwords safe, as well as the ability to auto-generate a complicated password and use it with ease, is very valuable. On my team, we keep shared passwords for tools like our demo site login and keeping them all in 1password instead of constantly asking each other is a big value-add as well. For me, the security and convenience features are well-blended.

Cons

When I'm trying to input my username and password into a website or tool, it can be frustratingly difficult to use 1password. I have to hover over each option, and if I accidentally click instead of hover I'm kicked out of the tool and have to scroll back through the options again. I feel like I'm walking on eggshells using 1password. A huge improvement would be to keep 1password open while I copy both the username and password instead of having to re-open 1password multiple times just to log in.

My experience using 1Password has been excellent. It's easy to use and provides data security and peace of mind.

Pros

1Password is super easy to use and makes me feel secure about the sites I'm using. I only started using it since joining my current company about 2 years ago and can't believe I didn't use it for everything in the past. Being able to generate long and complicated passwords and storing each of them in secure vaults provides peace of mind for information and data security.

Cons

Nothing comes to mind so far. I have found 1Password easy to use and maintain.

Pros

With cyber crimes on the rise and passwords being associated with everything we do and needing to be updated regularly. 1Password makes it easy.

I still have to remember at least 1password. lol

### "Great app for Mac-centric password management"

I've been using 1Password for the last 3 years at least for my personal and business password management. I have it installed on 2 Macs and 2 iOS devices and could not be happier with this solution. I currently have over 600 items in my keychain, and just thinking that all those sites would else have my default password is just giving me nightmares. You should definitely get a password manager, and 1Password is one I can recommend.

Pros

Ease of use. Simple sync across devices. Strong encryption.

Cons

The new browser extensions (2020) make the software less easy to use. I understand this is due to increasing restrictions from the browsers, but it's still unfortunate.

A unique experience because it is one of the best applications in this field

Pros

It is one of the best programs that I have used recently, and it provided me with safety and protection, as it kept my secrets and all my characteristics. I really deal with it as a server that keeps my data and reminds me of it from forgetting. It is nice to have an integrated application in saving your data and everything related to you from a password

Cons

I used it for a period of free version, but now I use the paid version, but unfortunately the price is very high in the current period and there are cheaper alternatives, so the producers of the application must provide the application at relatively lower prices

Having safe, encrypted, unique passwords for different accounts is pivotal to avoid massive problems with data and privacy. 1Password is the best tool to help manage all my user account information.

Pros

1Password is available on a range of devices and that allows our team to safely store and have access to our passwords anywhere. The option to create personal, family or business-based "vaults" is great to help manage access. 1Password can also auto-generate safe passwords for new accounts, using a number of different options.

Cons

I have been using it daily and can't think of anything negative to say about it.

I use 1 Password for many years and keep recommend it to all my agency contacts or even to my tax lawyer. Most of the other password manager got security issues (Last Password for example got several high critical issues) but I never heard of a critical problem in 1password.

Pros

Very good customer support Many supported platforms Many years of trust without any known security problems Stable software Fair price model / Not cheap

Cons

New Versions save the Password Safe in the 1Password Cloud (but the also got the old versions) No solution to save HTTP Basic Auth Passwords List of available sites are a little bit messy

This has been a great asset to store business and personal passwords for easy but secure access.

Pros

1Password makes it easy to not only store passwords but to update and regenerate secure passwords. I like that I am able to dictate the length and available characters to be able to fit the requirements that are stipulated by the site or by our own business requirements.

Cons

There have a been a few times where the autofill functionality of the browser extension did not work or recognize that it was a login screen even though you could manually activate it. Other than that it works well.

I'm storing all my critical business accounts in 1Password and ensuring I have MFA configured on all of them. It's really useful to be able access them anywhere I need them.

Pros

I really like how it can auto complete both my username/password and 2FA/MFA details on both desktop and mobile, it saves so much time.

Cons

The iOS app has been a little buggy in the past but it's definitely getting better, the latest version feels very smooth.

We have used 1Password for around 10 years and it has been an integral part of our operations.

Pros

We have used 1Password for years in our team. It's very versatile and allows us to share passwords easily with one another. A big plus point is the Private Vault that enables us to keep personal information in the same location without having to use another product or sign into a different area. Also, very secure and accessible across multiple devices.

Cons

I wasn't to happy with the sales process and had to haggle a bit on price. However, once agreed we then deployed out to our team.

Really simple to deploy - works first time every time - couldn't live without it now.

Pros

Working for an IT MSP we had a large number of estates and systems we had to manage centrally - Onepass allowed us to securely manage all that information from a central console. It was incredibly easy to configure and set up - the integration with chrome works pretty much flawlessly. The price is absolutely minimal in comparison to the efficiency and security you gain. No brainer!

Cons

Nothing really- the only challenge is that your issused a private key - and I have heard stories that if this is lost even the company cannot recover it for you - therefore your estate is gone - ultimate security - but at the same time potentially high risk?

Pros

The best part about the software is the ease of password management at one place and I don't need to remember them as well. It is available to me at a click and definitely worth spending money on. Also, due to the data leaks, new passwords or strong passwords are needed according to protocols and it helps with the same as well. Highly recommended.

None as of now since the product is great and well baked as per the standards.

So delighted to have this in place.

Pros

It's getting better all the time. Does the job well. Sometimes it works like magic - making it easier than ever to sign up for new products - choose the password - and save it. Combined with facial recognition on iPhone it's often faster than memorizing passwords.

Cons

Sometimes the workflow feels a little clunky - but feels like it's improving.

I use 1Password as the app that helps me remember all my logins.

Pros

1Password is a great app to store all my sensible data. Passwords, logins, bank accounts and credit cards information. It works on any device and has Touch and Face ID integrated on iPhone and iPad. It suggests strong passwords to you and reminds you to change them when they're not safe anymore. It has iCloud backup integration.

Cons

The functionalities of the app are perfect. Nothing bad to say about it. I don't LOVE the design. The UI and UX is not the best, they should renew it, once in a while.
