A fantastic tool for sharing access across our company. Strongly recommend it.

Pros

1Password is used by our team to share access across the company to the tools and software we need to do our jobs. It is a great help to everybody and saves us so much time over the course of the workday.

Cons

The only problem that we have encountered is during the onboarding process emphasizing to new employees the importance of saving their credentials in order to log in to 1Password successfully. This is a problem that comes up over and over again. If there were an easier way to securely log in new employees and alert them to the safety precautions they need to take with their accounts, it would be very useful.

### "No need to remember multiple passwords again"

Pros

I like that 1Password is safe to use. I don't have to worry about remembering hundreds of passwords or use similar passwords everywhere. All I need to remember is the master password and 1Password helps me create strong passwords, saves and fills the password when required. Nothing is better than this.

Cons

1Password on the phone doesn't fill up the password in websites which is a shame as I enjoy this feature while using it in my desktop.

### "One of those GO TO products that you use daily"

That i finally don't have to remember all my passwords, have them all be the same (super unsecure) or have them in an excel spreadsheet which is also unsecure.

Pros

The simple fact that its secure, I don't have to remember any of my passwords and that I also can have customized passwords that no one will be able to guess - all at the palm of my hands in a super secure way.

Cons

Honestly, I really don't have any complaints about this software. It has proven to help me personally and in business and has created efficiencies and less stress for me in many scenarios.

### "Cannot live without 1Password"

Pros

I am 100% dependent on 1Password because I currently have over 5 vaults with 100s of passwords stored in each. I will never use another product because I am already satisfied with the how my passwords are stored and protected. I have never had any issues.

Cons

Since I manage all my vaults, I would like to be able to link them all together. For example, when one team member updates a credit card, I would like to see that update. Another issue I have is when it shows suggested items, I cannot click it to go to that site.

### "Amazing Tool for Keeping Your Logins Safe "

I've been using 1Password for years and it's become a repository of everything important. I am able to keep my account logins, software licenses, credit card information, and other secure notes. There is a plugin available so I can easily autofill anything I need into my web browser. I feel extremely confident about the security of my information.

Pros

1Password simplifies my accounts by safeguarding all of my information. I am able to access everything I need from any device and I feel confident that it is safe.

Cons

I honestly have no complaints. I've used it for years and would recommend it to anyone.

### "Secure your passwords"

Pros

It makes password storage easy and worry-free. You can easily share passwords with others safely. The app has really good localization, so it really helps people from various cultural backgrounds to use the tool. It’s also widely available on different devices (eg ios, android, pc, mac..)

Cons

If you lose the master key, chances are that you’ll lose access to your keys, so i hope some new security tech will make a balance between forgetting key and account security. Also, it does not have a free tier, so it doesn’t suit people who may be on a strict budget.

### "Secure place to store all of your passwords!"

The biggest benefits we've realized with 1Password is having one centralized location for all of our passwords, specifically for shared accounts across the organization.

Pros

I love being able to access all of my passwords in one place. It's especially useful to be able to create multiple vaults to share with different teams across my organization. I also love the Chrome plug in that I can use directly in my browser.

Cons

I wish I could log into the websites directly from the 1password app, meaning I could click on a button and it would open up a browser to take me to that site and log in automatically. The Chrome plug in is great though.

1password makes you feel at ease knowing all your passwords are safe and strong. The program offers unique functionalities that ensures safety of your information. It overcomes the difficulty of setting new passwords and writting it down somewhere safe and finding that part every time.

Pros

Setting same password on all site is definitely not recommended and we can not remember all the passwords on all sites, 1password is great for solving this issue. It lets you choose different strong passwords for every different site. Auto fill feature fills credentials according to the site which is excellent thing. Generates safe and strong passwords for all the sites. It regularly checks if the particular site is bread or not and prompt to update password needed.

Cons

Basically all your passwords are stored in it and that is little concerning thing. Restricted support on few Operating Systems.

Never having to remember any passwords is the goal and 1Password does this swimmingly!

Pros

Highest level encryption for all my passwords and secure notes, available to me via any web browser and any device (mobile, desktop, or watch). I've been a user for more than a decade and I would never switch to anything else.

Cons

Nothing. There is literally nothing not to like about 1Password, it does everything you need and it does it well. The developers are quick about feedback/comments/concerns and are constantly innovating on the product.

Overall this is a great product. You can quickly and easily create secure passwords and share access with the necessary people.

Pros

1 Password makes it incredible easy to manage many different passwords for myself and my team members. We can create team logins and share these easily with new team members.

Cons

I do not love that you cannot easily tell who has made changes in 1 Password. There have been times where changes were made and we cannot tell who did this and we have to track this down manually. 1 Password is also fairly expensive.

Simple, fast, intuitive and relatively cheap for the functions it offers.

Pros

It's one of the most easiest and securest ways to organize your passwords. As I get more and more logins for several sites and softwares, this is essential. You need to have a password vault app, otherwise you keep using the same passwords which is pretty insecure.

Cons

Basically there are not many things to complain, but one thing annoys me. It's the mobile app integration. I use this app on my Huawei Mate 10 Lite and the autofill function does not work.

Easy to learn, great implementation and good manuals available.

Pros

A big plus is you can set access group based, also 1password is available either via web browser or as an app, it uses SSO which ensures only dedicated persons can access what you want.

Cons

No cons for us, we are very happy and will continue to use it ongoing. there is no bad thing about 1password for our company.

I love 1Password are use it every day and I would be lost without it

Pros

I love the iOS application for 1Password, it is integrated into Safari so all I have to do is press a few buttons and my password gets filled out, it’s so nice not to have to remember 1 million passwords. I love having all my passwords in one location and knowing that they are securely protected.

Cons

don’t like the fact that sometimes I have to manually enter my master password into the app, I wish I could always use face ID to know who I am and log me in

My overall experience is really delightful. I use this application in both professional and personal capacity, and it serves the purpose fine.

Pros

I love this software and mobile application because it solves my problem of remembering passwords from numerous websites and applications. 1Password makes personal and professional credentials easy to store with a high level of security. This app has a very easy-to-navigate UI, any new user can easily accommodate it.

Cons

No such cons or dislikes, but I feel that there should be a complimentary subscription for individuals. Like we have Microsoft Authenticator app and Google Authenticator App, they provide their service for free. So people can register once and forget. So there should be some consideration for individuals as well.

Pros

One of the best features is the Vaults functionality, which allows for users to organize their secure information in a folder-like structure. From a data governance perspective, this is invaluable to making sure that the right individuals on your team have the right access

Cons

1Password does not allow many options for importing password information from other tools, so where you're setting up an account you're basically starting from scratch. Hopefully in the future they will allow for more import options.

1password helped me with lot of time saving and secured environment to do business

Pros

Only have to remember one password for everything Easy of use Clear video introduction Simply right click and fill user name and password Can keep lot of vulnerable information in a much secured place. eg:- Ftp details, software license, confidential notes.. etc.

Cons

I'm using 1password4 and sometimes its not working with firefox and IE, Also it does not support browsers in linux environment , because they have not developed a helper for Linux.

We have been using 1Passowrd for the last few years and the encryption is strong and it does an excellent job at managing passwords.

Cons

It looks like 1Password 8 will be moving to a subscription-based service ONLY with no option of purchasing a standalone license which is some =thing we really like

I've been using 1Password for several years. It has just kept getting better. Originally I used Dropbox hen iCloud to sync across devices but over the past year or two they have migrated to a subscription model that works really well. Family pricing makes it pretty reasonable. It's got a great password generator and checks exiting passwords for bad/at risk ones. I have happily recommended it to several other people.

Pros

Super simple interface and talks to computer/phone/tablet seamlessly.

Cons

To get syncing to work most effectively, you will need to use their subscription service.

I've used several password managers over the years and 1Password is the best across all major platforms. They have excellent Windows, macOS, Android, and iOS applications. They even have decent support for Linux through their 1Password X browser extension.

Pros

1Password enables me to create more complex and secure passwords without needing to remember them. It is an easy way to increase the security of accounts while only needing to remember a master password.

Cons

Depending on the website you are making an account on, it can take a few tries to create a password that meets the right character or symbol requirements when setting up a new login.

A great tool that sits in the background and helps you when you can't remember a password. 1Password helps me keep up with all passwords and login credentials.

Pros

Takes care of all of my passwords and it’s way better at remembering my credentials than I can. I’m also using it to store secure notes as an extra security measure. Use it on all my iOS devices and works well is FaceID.

Cons

There's nothing to dislike about 1Password. Sure I have a few changes I would make but that’s just my opinion. Does everything I need and more. BEST IN CLASS!

Overall, I have been using 1Password to organise my passwords for both work, and personal life for several years. Get it, and don't remember any of your passwords anymore.

Pros

I love how I can organise my passwords into different folders and subfolders to quickly find the password I need. I also like how all my passwords are available on all my devices.

Cons

It would be nice to be able to generate password patterns such as using certain number of digits, letters and symbols in a particular order.

It was good in terms of integrating into my workflow but once an issue arrived it was way more time consuming than I thought it should be and it left me without an answer as to why I can't access my account or what can be done. As in, I still don't know if this is an issue that is solvable or not.

Pros

I used to be pretty hopeful that this was the password manager for me after dealing with a lot of heartache but after some odd behavior on my devices and the lack of support I received or could find left me looking for another solution

Cons

The availability or willingness of customer support to help you understand what the issue is you're facing and how to resolve it yourself or help resolve it for you. Their solutions offered online and through customer service just aren't at the level a paid software should be when others are charging less or nothing and provide better support
