It helped our users perfectly manage their credentials and personal password information and increased total productivity. As a reseller, we have to logon to multiple partner platforms and using 1Password made our lives a lot easier by remembering all the login information for us. Pros Easy to use Password manager with multi user support and password management using one master password. Remembering one Master password is much easier than to remember all other password and this saves a lot of time. Also, the application is feature rich and best in the market currently. Has browser addons to integrate with your system. Cons Application takes some time and processing power to load. Pricing is a bit higher compared to other applications for this purpose. It saves time & energy to have a space to login into and find whatever passwords you need. Otherwise, they were all in our teams heads and there was no formal system to having them stored. Pros My team got set up one password to have a safe place to store passwords that we all need access to. It also sets our team up for success in case one team member who created certain accounts left and didn't leave passwords. The app on my computer and phone is easy to log into and Gain access to passwords I need. I'm not sure how I'd manage without it. I have used other similar apps but they have tended to be difficult to set up and far from intuitive to use. Pros Like all password vaults, 1Password means you'll never have to worry about your passwords again. It's also considerably more user-friendly than others I've used. I feel safe and secure storing my passwords with them, and can rest a bit easier while using them. Pros I only have to remember one password to access all of my dozens of passwords that I use regularly. The incredible amount of security that the company puts into protecting my information is fantastic, and makes this a trusted piece of software. I would definitely use it cause no one has my face, so no one can get in, Pros I like the face it uses facial recognition to open my password to get into an account. I no longer worry about remembering passwords and can use computer generated passwords to prevent my password from getting on the dark web to be used over and over again. It’s a really cool app. Cons I don’t know much about who is in control of the app and what kind of access they have. I also worry about a data leak on their end, it it could affect my password security. Not only does 1Password store passwords, it seamlessly syncs and fills in information via the 1Password extension. It helps you generate secure passwords and automatically saves them. You can set up a fingerprint pass if your device has that ability, so you don't have to constantly re-type your master password. You can create various libraries for different users or categories, and store other information like credit cards or identification. A password manager is a necessity in this digital age, and I imagine that I will be using 1Password for years to come. Cons I do worry about having all my passwords in one database, but that's more of a mental block than any founded concern -- this is far more secure than any other option. It does charge a yearly fee while some other good password management systems do not, but I feel like it's worth it for its super user-friendly interface and high security. Apart from your private vault where you can save your own passwords, you can also create shared vaults to share passwords with a whole department, for example. Cons In the beginning, you will see emerging windows every time you introduce credentials into a service, asking you to save those credentials in 1Password (this is not too bad, but sometimes it's a little bit annoying). Pros Simple and one stop location for keeping all of the passwords you use safe and secure. No need to remember several different passwords. You only have to remember one master password to get to all your passwords. Cons There really hasn't been much that I have not liked about this product. The cost can be high for each platform, but usually is a one-time cost except for major version changes. It's probably the best password management software I've come across. Pros I can easily autofill the username and password to sign-in to whatever I have stored. I use this tool multiple times daily, and I love that you don't have to sign-in every single time. I think it signs you out after about 10-15 minutes. The search functionality is very comprehensive as well. It also allows for password organization in groups. Cons It took me a little while to figure out the autofill of the username and password. With everything requiring extra security these days how can you expect to remember 100 different passwords. I love the easy of use of 1password, it makes my life to much easier! I have a personal account as well as a shared account that we use at work for all the different passwords our department uses for shared software products. Cons the set of of getting all your passwords in there is a little time consuming but if you have patience and set it up properly it will save you so much time and and you won't have to constantly be resetting your passwords once you get locked out of your account! Used the software for: 2+ years ### "THE best security manager" June 2, 2018 5.0 Pros 1Password is so much more than a login database - one feature I use constantly in the "Note" ability. This allows me to securely hold sensitive client information protected by the same high security as all my own logins and other private information. In additional to that the same information is available across all my devices thanks to the, optional, cloud storage features. The login features work great and I use the list of saved logins as the equivalent of a bookmark list - which again becomes global across all my devices and browsers. I cannot recommend 1Password highly enough. Cons Clearly having ALL your sensitive information in once place is akin to putting all your eggs in one basket. However it's still 100% better than trying to wrangle all that information some other way, and I'm certain the basket 1Password have designed is very very secure indeed. Keeping everything from passwords, notes, credit card information and login information behind a password gives me the ease of never forgetting a password and username again, making sure that every password i have is super secure and having access to all of those things from every device. Having different levels of security for employees has been great too. Cons Sometimes, the browser plug in can be a little glitchy when trying to log in. THis program is awsome Pros Not a ton of pros but you can add user credentials for programs - it's not just for websites which is awesome. Cons \- Adding/updating website credentials with the browser add on seems clunky especially if you have multiple accounts for the same site. -Password generator needs improved as some passwords generated aren't complex enough for todays security requirements. You can alter generated passwords before saving them though. -Web version is clunkier than the desktop version, I think. -I had a hard time logging into the desktop version the first time, but after its set up no issue. I am satisfied with the ease of use and I perceive clear benefits in using this software even outside the professional environment Cons Setting the software up and migrating passwords required a bit of a learning curve, but after the first few minutes, all went smoothly! I store lots of things outside of just passwords in it and have yet to have any issues. Pros I've used multiple different password managers and found this to be the most seamless and dependable. Cons Can't think of anything that I'd improve as of yet. Switched from [LastPass](https://www.capterra.com/p/151988/LastPass/) The overall look/feel was better, the seamlessness, and paying for it let me know that it was going to be well managed and it has been. It's a definite "sword in the stone" type dynamic. Pros Fluid integration with macOS and iOS. WatchTower feature audits all of my passwords for weaknesses as well as websites that were comprised. I love the password generator, and I love the various sections for storing other important bits of info that aren't passwords (e.g. credit cards, software licenses). The app is stable, and updates are fairly frequent. The company is user-focused and consumer-conscious, as reflected by its refusal to pester for app reviews and offering various means of licensing the app (one-time purchase and subscriptions). Cons I \*guess\* I could do with some theming options. The app is plenty attractive, so I don't even know that I'd use them. Still, sometimes there's something comforting about having options. Pros The password generator is my favorite part of the product. The Password Generator that makes using 1Password safe and effective. It takes the hassle out of making a safe, effective password. Cons I'm happy that they have Watchtower (monitoring of data breaches) implemented. I do think this could be done more gracefully. Looking through each type of list is onerous. I love that I can store all of my logins, credit cards, and general info. It makes it so much easier when logging in anywhere, especially places I haven't been for a while, and forgot my password. Cons The only con that I can really come up with is I wish it worked better with apps etc. on mobile devices. That is the only time I seem to have any problems with it.
