Pros I love that I can have a vault for myself as well as shared vaults that my teams can access. Saving new login information is quick and easy. Cons I prefer not to use 1Password as a browser extension, as it is less efficient than using the Apple Passwords fill-in feature with fingerprint or face ID options. Review Source LL Luca L. They understand their customers and their role. I love the fact this thing works and I love that 1Password is helping me stay current with both operational user security issues as well as new trends. I am betting a lot on any password or security management company - I have confidence in this team. They are good. They get that their daily job is that this has to work and be secure daily - everything else is frosting on the cake. Pros High level of integrity and security Ease of Use Group Functionality Cons I don't have any dislikes about the product. I use it multiple times a day and it works. Working is everything. Added feature bloat is a distraction not present in 1Password. Pros It has a familiar and easy to understand user interface. It performs as designed most of the time, and working around the automated functionality when it doesn't work is easy because anything can be confidentially copied out of 1Password and into the clipboard to paste wherever you need it. My impression is that 90% of the time 1Password works as intended, and the rest of the time I can work around with copy and paste. Cons When importing from LastPass, it did not bring in attached items. It would be great if that import function could be fixed, although I don't need it now, I suppose. Alternatives considered [Bitwarden](https://www.capterra.com/p/210695/Bitwarden/) Reason for choosing 1Password Family members favored 1Password because of greater ease of use and the ability to create family groupings for our vaults. Not that i see the bullsht that the big boys are using against with 1password, it is at a 3.75. Going to be difficult for them to win so they need to start rolling out updates on a quarterly (i know it's insane) frequency. You don't need an update every week for features that no one asked for Pros It has everything in one spot. You literally will not surf the net and will use 1password. The two factor authentication will save you an insane amount of time. Password management is password management. It will generate the password for you in 2 easy steps. Passkeys are awesome when it works. I still don't know where it is being stored. Customer service is tops b/c they get back to you in a hurry. Cons Apple Keychain, Google Password Manager and Microsoft Authenticator are all out to kill 1Password and they are doing a pretty good job. To be honest they have made it so difficult where I am seriously considering dropping 1password. The amount of updates coming thru on 1password are killing the application. They are of the mind of weekly update. That has screwed up so many settings for me and it this is a recent trend. Reason for choosing 1Password it was referred to me Review Source Eric S. Plus, the whole system just works smoothly (sharing passwords with groups of people who all have access; creating 2FA codes; creating & sharing passkeys; security). Cons The app is so secure that it can be a little confusing how to set up a new device, but 1Password makes it so simple with their "Emergency Kit" and step-by-step instructions that it's really not an issue. Passwords are synced across my devices (a total game changer is the way that the app integrates into apps and the keyboard in iOS) and I can forget my passwords, plus keep track of what other forms of sign-in I've used. Cons I honestly struggle to come up with anything for this question – if I had to be really picky the Single Sign on Prompts are a bit annoying, because most of the time I dismiss these and just sign in using the pass word for the SSO form, which prompts the password for that account. It makes it easy to share logins in a safe way too, when you need to give access to a shared account. Pros I like the ease of use of the iPhone app and being able to access my data wherever I am via a computer. The selection of options for new items whether it be login credentials or banking information, etc is nice. You can also have your own private logins and passwords and have a shared folder with others you wish to share passwords or logins with. Cons My only complaint is the user functionality of the iPhone app. I find that it can be difficult to use or find some of the features within the app. Switched from [Keeper Security](https://www.capterra.com/p/144637/Keeper/) I like that 1 Password offered more features for the money spent. More security is always good. Pros 1Password is an exceptional software idea, is keeping al my passwords safe and unique from each other. It is easy to use and setup. Pros After trying a number of different password managers, such as LastPass, BitWarden and Keeper we settled on 1Password due to its UI, ease of use, feature set and pricing. Cons The fact they don't have a MSP program just yet is disappointing, but as I write this they have just announced that it is coming.
