Their support has always been top notch. They've always been transparent about the encryption technology they use. Cons I really can't think of anything. I haven't had any problems of crashing or failures. Pros 1Password is the place I have all my passwords. It is quit to respond and never stalls out or times out. It just works! Cons The times I get frustrated is how it integrates with Google Chrome. It sometimes doesn't work and I think there is upcharges to get it to work better which I already paid for it! I also don't have to worry about my passwords being leaked to third parties, or anything of the sort! I will keep using 1Password. Pros I love that 1Password doesn't just store your passwords. It also helps you improve your security online when it detects certain problems. You also get personalized reports about your password management. Cons Once you give someone access to the password management team, it's hard to undo it once no longer needed. Pros This software is AWESOME for keeping track of all of your passwords! Working for a Cyber Security company we have to have complex passwords for many things. 1Password helps keep track of my passwords securely. I also like that I don't have to type in my password - all I have to do is open 1Password and it will enter in my login & password information for me. Cons If you forget your password to 1Password it will erase your data... Hasn't happened to me yet thank goodness, but could be bad when it does happen. However, that shows it is very secure, so it's also a good thing. This helps keep all of my accounts secure and minimizes the risk associated with breaches of poorly maintained credentials on individual websites. Cons The integration for iOS is not great. Unfortunately for those who already have a large number of accounts and passwords, starting the use of 1Password requires a lot of effort to import accounts and ended up not being worth the time commitment to me personally. Pros I love the idea of this software. I am guilty often of using the same passwords over and over, which has recently made me concerned more about the security of different accounts in my name. 1Password generates passwords to prevent security risks and then saves them so that you can access your accounts securely and easily. Cons I found this software difficult to setup. It would be ideal for someone who did not have many accounts already set up, but I have hundreds of accounts and passwords setup that the program requires you to change and import all one at a time. I do not have the time to go through each and every password for each account and change them within 1Password. This made the program a dealbreaker for me, but it would be useful for someone who was starting fresh. Now I don't have to go asking my co-workers for random passwords anymore. Pros It's very straight-forward and easy to use. I like how any password for almost any site or product can be stored here. I've definitely bailed out co-workers who forgot what a login/password for something was. Cons It would be great if 1Password would tell us when a password was no longer in use. I love the app on my phone, finger print in abled makes retrieving your passwords and breeze Pros Very easy to use, from creating vaults, creating passwords for your different account as simple or complicated as you want! I having the family plan. I created different vaults for my parents and in-laws, who are seniors. This makes it easy for me to retrieve their passwords or help them negotiate website with the install 1password web extension! Cons There is not direct access to a live person except via email. There are specific channels you can follow to get assistance. In addition there is a user forum that helpful. Also there is a question/answer database that you can search for answers to questions. Its great when being prompted for a password on my iPhone to have 1Password popup and autofill it using face id. Cons The browser plugins keyboard shortcut to autofill credentials would be great for non web browser applications. I was able to ditch one of my notes apps and store info related to each account directly in 1Password - Much better family plan pricing and options than others I tried - Only recently started using password managers in general, but within a day 1Password became my most frequently used app Cons \- Puzzling setup on desktop where I have to log in to 3 different places every startup (menu bar mini app, desktop app, browser extension) - While it's packed with customizations and features, it's a little overly complex for users who simply want to save websites and login information Review Source ML Maria L. I saw some recent updates that made it come up easier when I am signing in, but I still have trouble using autofill. I have the basics down so I'm able to keep track of my passwords for all of the sites I visit. I can use it on my computer and my phone and they sync when I creat new logins. Cons I need to do a "spring cleaning" of my 1Password account soon. I think I have a few duplicates and logins that don't work but I blame that on my use. Pros I’ve been using this software for quite sometime and it has been a life saviour as it helps in saving all my passwords at a single place and helps in autofill passwords that saves plenty of time. I just don’t need to remember any passwords and it automatically saves all the passwords. Cons This tool carries a cost but it is worth the money. It can be integrated with almost all the apps that you use in a daily routine but lack someof the features that other platforms provide and they should work on this.
