### "Great implementation and APIs"

Used as a mass communication tool as a part of Business Continuity Program to communicate to all employees with emergency/critical alerts

Pros

There are lots of available APIs to read/write/modify employee records. Also API guidelines were pretty straight forward and every write/modify calls returned detailed result/log which can be used for reporting or debug in case of failure.

Cons

API guideline has some URLs that didn't match the example code in Github

Pros

Can communicate with the group through various communication tools including email, sms and app message and get instant responses.

Cons

I sometimes see errors such as a message did not delivered to everyone

### "They deliver what they promise"

Pros

It is easy to set up and easy to use. We have it sync'ed with Active Directory so the recipients of the messages we send are always fresh. It works flawlessly on all platforms. Our customer support specialist is always available to give us a hand, whether it is figuring out something we've done wrong (it happens) or fixing something that has gone wrong (hey, that happens sometimes too).

Cons

there is nothing I did not like about this software. It sounds like I'm a shill, but honestly, I'm a real customer.

The set up and the customer service was phenomenal.

Pros

This software is easy to navigate through and get the message out to all that needs to be informed.

Cons

We are still working through it but so far there are no complaints.

How easy it is to use from anywhere. i have had to use it at home on a whim and it wasnt hard at all!

The software is great, what separates this company from competitors is the customer service. Having a dedicated professional for our team has made it easy to get help at any time, day or night.

Pros

The software has some Really nice features (geo-fencing, ability to see who has opened the messages, and scalability.

Cons

None so far. The software has been flawless and the customer service second to none.

Overall service has been great. Representatives have always been very speedy in responses, and extremely helpful if anything is needed. Excited to roll this alert system out to our community soon.

Pros

The software is very user friendly, and the platform is easy to use. Great resource guides and FAQs.

Cons

Can't alphabetize alerts on public page. Otherwise, haven't identified any cons!

Most importantly we can alert employees if our internet/servers are down. Prior to , we'd have to call them (not ideal) and couldn't use email (because the internet/server was down.) With AlertMedia: simple, single message (text to phone) and everyone is aware of the situation.

Pros

Super easy to set up and deploy to our employees. Really like being able to group employees by location, team, etc. Tool is easy to use, site is very navigable.

Cons

We haven't used it long enough for me to form an opinion about features I might like to see. So far there isn't anything I don't like about the software.

As our agency continues to grow, Alert Media will help us alert staff of important office/county updates more quickly and efficiently by 1 quick text.

Pros

The Demo was quick and helped us decide quickly it was right for us. The site is very user friendly and the process to send an alert is very easy. We love all the extra options too.

Cons

There was absolutely nothing we did not like about the process!

Reason for choosing AlertMedia

Does not use a signature. Can use only the message body Can only use 140 characters or less. Spam rules and regulations If they reply it will be a txt email back to the sending mailbox, which must be monitored for replys.

Pros

We can easily type up an alert and within minutes notify all staff of important news. It was a very useful tool during the snow storms, we were able to communicate to the team members when we were operating and when we are closed.

Cons

Not all of the team members have texting or email so it doesn't reach everyone, but this isn't an issue with Alert Media

Pros

The product is easy to use and effective in communicating with our employees. We can communicate with employees where ever they are working.

Integration was easy and quick. Ongoing maintenance is very simple.

Pros

They are ever evolving and enhancing the software's capabilities. They listen to your feedback on a regular basis. Their mobile app is stellar and has the exact same features as you'd expect from their web interface.

Cons

When COVID hit and everyone was working from home, there wasn't an easy way to implement daily onsite employee surveys. BUT they listened to the feedback and put enhancements to deal with everyone's specific situations.

The ease of launch and ease of use. We had everyone that needed to access involved within a shorter then expected time frame.

The cost seemed a little high. The Team was able to give us better pricing then the original quote but still a little high.

Setup and integration was easy and fast. The application is easy to learn and use. The Customer Success Manager are quick to respond to questions, and issues.

Cons

There are periodic issues with our Single Sign On (SSO) connection with the application. It does take a while for the developers to respond with fixes to small issues.
