### "Amazing product and friendly staff"

Pros

We most enjoyed having a dedicated Customer Success Manager assigned to us. Not only to assist in implementation but to be our first source of contact for ongoing questions and ideas.

Cons

We have suggestion to our Customer Success Manager that there should be some additional features to control the pop up window during the desktop alert.
