It makes my job easy and I can support my clients in an efficient manner. It is easy to use, it provides real time updates, and I can be the best representative that I can be. Pros It is an easy to use tool that is very affordable. I am able to have everything I need at my fingertips for all my clients. I can accurately and efficiently give my clients tax advice and assist with their support in seconds. Cons I haven't really worked with other software so I am not sure how it compares but it doesn't seem to have any issues that I can tell. November 24, 2025 5.0 It has been a delight. I was having some issues uploading my data base of clients and I called there support. They were wonderful and suggested that perhaps a CSV file would work and sure enought it did. They also softly advised me of a few misspellings! Pros I like the fact that it is fast! When I need to download a transcript, depending in the IRS of course, I can retrieve it often within 30 seconds and go over it with a client. Also, the reports are compiled quickly. Of course, with this type of program, they will prepare the common forms which you need for resolution. Cons I am not sure about this, I can be picky and sometimes I need to realized that user error or failing to read instructions can be the source of angst. Review Source MD Michael D. The software provides everything I need and the support is excellent. Pros IRS Solutions Software provides all of the necessary tools and features needed to handle a tax resolution case from start to finish. The software is easy to use and provides excellent analysis and information. I was able to setup clients and begin working the case in a short amount of time. Cons I have not found any issues with the software to report. The price and features are all within my budget. I am very happy. The fields and relation between them are logical. Also the support team has been great, and has actually made me aware of features I was not using which add to the value. Cons sometimes API messes up with weird error messages but not common. Also at first I would sometimes end up in the account/billing area when I sign on, not the client access area, but this seems like it was fixed. I was a member for a year and didn't feel I was getting my money's worth. When I put in my cancel request, I received a call from what I found out later was one of the \[sensitive content hidden\]. She asked me why I was cancelling. When I said I wasn't getting the bang for the buck, she went through all the bells and whistles that I didn't know about Pros I like the ability to have my client's tax transcripts at my fingertips. The program also gives me the ability to see the client's correspondence history with the IRS. When the client tells me they made all their estimates, I can check IRS Solutions to see when the estimates were received by the IRS. Cons I wish the IRS would attach the actual notice or letter to their system so we could read the notice of letter when they say they have issued it. This is not something that IRS Solutions can control, but maybe they will push the IRS for this improvement. Cons Selecting the dates and watching the monitoring to include future dates on older clients. It would be nice to get a notification that some are about to expire or not tracking current year. I used this software for an Offer in Compromise and was impressed with the layout. It was very intuitive and easy to use. Plus, the IRS accepted it first time, so I was very happy with the result. Pros IRS Solutions is easy to use. It has lightning fast transcripts and an easy to use interface. Plus, the owners are very responsive and are accessible. Their customer support is top notch. They really care about their product and making it better for us. Cons Nothing so far. I really like the product and the ease of use.
