It's so convenient, easy to use to share information and documents, even our elderly clients use it! Our clients rely on their reminder texts which also helps us plan our busy days as they can easily cancel or inform us if they're running late. Textellent customer service is top notch, easy to reach and helpful and friendly. It is totally worth the money!! Cons We have had issues with deceased clients getting Happy Birthday texts, so unfortunately, we've disabled the function, which is a shame because our clients liked getting them. I think they have grown beyond their capacity to provide quality service. There is no follow up. My clients have not been updated in two years. Everyone makes excuses but takes care of nothing. i am researching now to leave. I can't do it anymore. I even got them a large account by personally referring them. Now I am sorry that I did. They are only good at taking the payments fromy our account.
