"No longer a good company"

**Overall:** This company had a 10 plus in my book when I started with them years ago. I think they have grown beyond their capacity to provide quality service. There is no follow up. My clients have not been updated in two years. Everyone makes excuses but takes care of nothing. i am researching now to leave. I can't do it anymore. I even got them a large account by personally referring them. Now I am sorry that I did. They are only good at taking the payments fromy our account.

**Pros:** I like being able to communicate with my clients throughout the year

**Cons:** The software is not user friendly unless you have the skills.I have not been able to use 95% of the software

"Textellent has increased my client base to 350 clients yearly."

**Overall:** It makes communication with my clients easy.

**Pros:** The fact that they do everything, such as, text blast to all of my clients and my appointment book.

**Cons:** The wait for customer service can sometimes be long.
