### "Textellent Is One Of My Favorite Tools"

Pros

I like using Textellent because it allows my clients to easily schedule appointments and it integrates with my tax software so it automatically follows up with my tax clients based on the status of their tax returns. My favorite feature is probably the "Happy Birthday" texts because the clients love receiving them.

Cons

I wish that the software had the ability to have clients pay for certain types of appointments at the time of scheduling. That feature would eliminate the additional step for the client.

Overall, I am impressed with the communication model. It adds the personal touch I've hoped for with my clients.

Pros

This software allows me to 'keep in touch' with each client throughout the year. They are ecstatic when the receive birthday and holiday greetings (and I am ecstatic too!) Repellent has been a great addition to my company.

Cons

There is no "least." The software us great.

### "This Company Is a Hot Mess"

Mediocre at best. Could live with the other short falls but now I cant do the job I'm paid for because I cant sign into any accounts that has this number! The owner doesn't seem to care less.

Pros

I like being able to text my clients for request of information as they respond quicker. Also some of the campaigns such as Birthday greetings and the Referral request that we use to notify clients that the clients tax return has been completed taxes with a ask for referrals.

Cons

The customer support has been horrible. I had issues that were never resolved and I was trying to get a conversation with the owner but I would have a better chance of making an appointment with God...as its not happening. I use this to get codes so I can sign on to my tax accounts but it has stopped working. No one can give me a explanation and they will look into it. The problem is now I have to re register and change all my account phone numbers because I cant get the code, Soooooo mad and a waste of my time. You know things are bad when even a employee says there is a lot going on things going on and things aren't good and they feel my pain!

The client informed us of a technical issue on evening of Thu 12/5/2019. Our client support team needed to flag the issue to technical support who researched it the next day. The client was notified to clear the browser cache and the issue was resolved by morning of Monday 12/9. We feel sorry that the client had to deal with this. Thank you so much for your support and trust. We are standing by Mon-Sat to provide live customer support.

Textellent has been a game changer in our office! Life is so fast paced anymore and this is the most convenient way for people to communicate.

Pros

Our clients and our entire office love Textellent. It's so convenient, easy to use to share information and documents, even our elderly clients use it! Our clients rely on their reminder texts which also helps us plan our busy days as they can easily cancel or inform us if they're running late. Textellent customer service is top notch, easy to reach and helpful and friendly. It is totally worth the money!!

Cons

We have had issues with deceased clients getting Happy Birthday texts, so unfortunately, we've disabled the function, which is a shame because our clients liked getting them.

Good experience. I am happy with their customer support. It took a little while, but it all worked out beautifully.

Pros

Textellent is an easier way to manage and send mass texts to my clients. Instead of caling every clients before the season kicks off, I can send a mass text.

Cons

The learning curve is a little awkward, but manageable. I had some difficulty because of my setup, but Textellent was able to work with me.

As businesses adjust to the changes in technology so has Textellent. Communication with you clients is most important and Textellent gives you the ability to reach all your clients (no matter how many you have) easily and quickly.

Pros

We have been using Textellent for over 10 years. All of our clients LOVE Textellent because they receive important information quickly and can send updates quickly to us. An easy and fast way to pass information.

Cons

Over the past 10 + years we have not found any negative issues with Textellent.

Reason for choosing Textellent

Who does not text? You can probably count them on one hand. Textellent gives you the ability to reach all you clients efficiently, quickly, easily and for less cost.

My office saves 15-20 hrs a week since we don’t have call to remind clients of their appointments anymore; also we save time in that clients can book their own appointments via the bookmeatime feature.

Pros

I like that textellent integrates with my tax software & automatically notifies clients when Irs/state returns are acknowledged and when bank product returns are funded. I also like I can go into textellent from inside my tax prep software to send clients messages or questions.

Cons

Honestly, only thing I disliked was responding client text coming in after hours, BUT Textellent has implemented this year a way to stop this with the “After-Hours Responder”

The automation is the best feature of the software. I don't have to hire additional staff to response to clients. Therefore, keeping more money in my pocket.

Cons

I really did not have any con's about the software at this time. Textellent is ahead of the game.

Features I like most about the software are its ease of use, easy installation and downloading of all my contacts with instant accuracy and fast and simple conversion steps. this software has saved my client base and caused them to have that warm fussy feeling. they love the fact that they don't have to leave a message and wait several days for a follow up call. They feel I am very accessible and easy to talk with via text. I didnt observe or notice any downside when i purchased and had the textellent software installed.

In the early days of the pandemic, the IRS and SBA issued guidance almost daily. In order to prevent a phone system overload (and angry clients!), we sent updates to the entire client population every time the government announced a change to unemployment, EIDL grants and PPP loans. Clients thanked us for the timely, relevant, actionable advice.

Pros

The software delivers its promise; we can easily text the entire client base in minutes.

Cons

There were no downsides to using this product.

Amazing! Textellent is very user friendly. Customer service is amazing and always so helpful. They always make sure to answer your question and are amazing at walking you through things you are unsure about. Overall I recommend Textellent it has really helped us connect better with our clients especially the younger generation.

Pros

We love the text blast and calendar. It's so nice not having to make those end of the day phone calls reminding out clients about their appointment. We switched from using a basic calendar software to having everyone use the one on Textellent. Our clients always comment on how they love getting those text reminders even the happy birthday texts.

Cons

My business has been using Textellent for a year now and we don't have anything we don't like about it. We do wish we could erase text messages but they can easily do that for us.

Our clients love when we send the birthday texts and this also keeps us in contact as well. It's great for your google reviews and referrals. This platform won't blow up your clients phone as you have campaigns and text blasts that you can schedule to send.👏 You are in control of your communication with your clients using textellent. 😉

I would like to see more trainings on the updated products they offer.

Pros

I like the fact that once my client list is uploaded, birthday text goes out. It's easy to send out text blast. I create it one time and it goes out to everyone. I don't have to keep track of my clients being updated on events or important info to keep them informed.

Cons

Don't like the fact that there is a charge for send out personalized text blast.
