So Evenetio is a tool for communication and administration at the same time. It is important, that the service works on the event itself - which it has proven to do so for 2 festival editions. Pros m4music Festival is receiving more than 1'000 professionals which are invited and administrated with Evenito. We have a complex structure considering the various sorts of participants, and get very dedicated support by the Evenito team. The festival has improved a lot when receiving the guests on the festival site, because check in is much easier than it used to be. Cons I think our festivals' needs are more complex than those of other customers, so we had to betrust a person to handle it all, and to build up special knowledge. Also, we would love to have a substitute for any bad case, which was not practically impossible. (Still we knew, that the Evenito would back us up in the case of...).
