Great product" **Overall:** Interface is great. There's a lot of autonomy in how you are running reviews. We have seen our review rate increase as soon as we switched over. **Pros:** The team. From accounts, to onboarding, to customer success, and support. I have requested help on all matters of things at all times, and have been always met with a friendly and quick response. **Cons:** We are on a annual plan which bills monthly, but during Black Friday we had more orders than ever, so ran out of credits. I found the additional credits very expensive (2x more per credit than our plan). We started with Reviews in our first year and expanded to add Referrals as well. It is a great user-friendly platform and we are happy with the partnership. **Pros:** On-site and backend functionality, easy design modifications, helpful templates for reviews widgets, supportive onboarding and customer success teams. **Cons:** In the sales process, we were promised sorting functionality that is not possible.
