does what it promises. It drives review volume and surfaces social proof in the right places on-site. For a DTC brand on Shopify, it's one of the cleaner solutions in the space. The support team and account management are genuinely top tier, responsive, proactive, and easy to work with. Would recommend for teams that want a reliable reviews platform without needing a lot of technical overhead to maintain it.

Pros

integrates cleanly with Shopify and makes it easy to collect and display UGC at scale. The review widgets are customizable enough to fit our brand without heavy dev lift, and the attributes feature (fit, quality ratings) gives customers a structured way to leave useful feedback. Solid value relative to other review platforms we evaluated.

Cons

The backend UI has a learning curve and some reporting features feel underdeveloped compared to what you'd want for deeper review analytics.

Always a pleasure to use and to talk to representatives. Any issues are fixed immediately and queries replied to straight away.

Pros

Brilliant app and brilliant customer service. It's easy to use as a business owner, and for our customers to leave reviews. It also helps us to market our business and build trust across our community.

Cons

It's expensive compared to some other apps but the service is better to compensate for this at least.

I was with previously. Only switched to Yotpo so we could manage reviews, loyalty and edm all in one place. The onboarding with Yotpo was a nightmare, and then they dropped the edm side of things, which was the only reason we switched over, hence we moved straight back to Okendo as I much prefer it in every other way.

We are extremely happy with the business model, usability, and service levels that has provided for REEF over the past 3 years.

Pros

I really like the platform and subscription model for how easy it is to add and remove functionality. I think having all of the offerings in one place and interface is a great way to ensure customers get the most out of the platform and services. It also encourages adding on additional services because there is less onboarding than starting with a new platform.The service level that the account team provides is also stellar, and I always feel like the people I'm talking to are invested in us making the software work for our business.

Cons

When first onboarding, it can be overwhelming to navigate and get over the learning curve for the interface of the platform. The builders for some of the offerings are also a bit clunky. Once you spend some time you get the hang of it, but it does take a fair bit of training and onboarding to become a super user.

Cons

The pricing could be better, as only 5-10% of people leave reviews, I am using 90% of credits that don't account to any value.

I love having our Loyalty Program, Quizzes, Surveys, and Reviews all in the same place. It saves me so much time on managing all of our programs.

Interface is great. There's a lot of autonomy in how you are running reviews. We have seen our review rate increase as soon as we switched over.

Pros

The team. From accounts, to onboarding, to customer success, and support. I have requested help on all matters of things at all times, and have been always met with a friendly and quick response.

Cons

We are on a annual plan which bills monthly, but during Black Friday we had more orders than ever, so ran out of credits. I found the additional credits very expensive (2x more per credit than our plan). I wish the additional credits were cheaper, especially because I am on a yearly plan, and this increase in order was a one off.

Pros

We've tried many different review platforms (Judge.Me, Stamped.io, Yotpo) and has the competition beat when it comes to the combination of features and pricing. Their white-glove team helps with set up to ensure that the on-site display looks great, is there to help with integrations, and is available via chat for any questions.

Cons

They've focused heavily on expanding to new products (Surveys, Quizzes, now Loyalty) and I think that's creating less of a focus on their core, original product. I'm concerned that in the long-run reviews may atrophy a bit, when compared to alternatives if they aren't iterating or releasing new features.

Was really simple to on board and get set up across all of our stores. We're able to import our reviews into the platform and lots of customisations are possible with how these are displayed on site.

Pros

Best two features for us are the ability to syndicate our product reviews across our 8 different Shopify stores and also the ability to group products together as we have different listings for different colours.

Cons

The reporting isn't quite as good as another platform that we have used from a net promoter score perspective.

Syncs with my other apps, and works great on Shopify Plus.

Cons

Almost too many options, so take a minute to get used to everything and sort out how much you want to ask/require of your customer trying to leave a review. Any issues we did have, support was available.

Pros

Speed - easily the most visually pleasing the easily intregratable widget to add to our product/collection/site pages.

Cons

No ability to set notifications for negative reviews, have to manually search them. Would like to see some improvement here so we can catch and handle negative experiences faster.

I love how easy it was to implement, love the plethora of questions we can ask our customers to get super indepth reviews. I love the image upload option for customers. And I ESPECIALLY love that the price isn't based on how many reviews we get - we switched from Yotpo because we were getting punished for increased order volume.

Cons

I wish we were able to break down the reviews in an easily digestible report for our design team. As is, they have to really drill down into the app to see reviews. Wish there was an ability to toggle reporting options with images, SKU's, etc. so that I could present to our team.

Easy to use and the team made our integration seamless. Very helpful throughout the merge of our current review data.

Pros

We upgraded to to make it easier to capture and share reviews using our email system and displaying them online on our homepage and at a product level. It has been a game changer with the details it captures and customer photos/videos. An added bonus that it now integrates with Klaviyo our email marketing tool! Highly recommend!

Cons

We have two websites and it would be great to have the functionality to share reviews across both sites without duplication.

Excellent! Customer service was fantastic, there is no comparison between and Yotpo- it's Okendo all the way.

Pros

Fantastic, easy to use platform. They are constantly improving, the back end is ridiculously easy to navigate, and customers had a high rate of writing reviews; much greater than that on other apps.

Cons

The price. For some of the base models it's just fine but I love utilizing one app for multiple elements and as expanded I wanted to use them for reviews, etc but the pricing was getting out of hand as we packaged them.

It's very easy to manage review in . Set up was simple and the dashboard is fairly intuitive. It's also great that people can rate the sizing and say if they feel it's true to size.

Cons

I can't think of anything we don't like about it. But we do still need to utilize a bunch of the features. Would be nice to get some help with surveys and quizzes.

Pros

was really easy to set up and set live on our site. The implementation team was incredibly helpful in matching the reviews widget theme to our broader site, as well as getting it deployed on time (and in a very quick turnaround window). It has been easy to use to monitor and manage customer reviews.

Cons

There is some work to be done on reporting (not the easiest or most intuitive when you want to segment certain times of reviews data or attributes). I also wish there was a way to sort for reviews by attribute in the main dashboard but alas, not yet!

Pros

I can't explain how perfect this review app is! It helped us collect over 10,000 reviews in the last 2 months and it's been the easiest app to set up! I love the sentiment functionality as it helps us assess our reviews in bulk, and you can also group-specific products together so all of the reviews are displayed in both product pages! Also, giving specific incentives for specific review types (with image, with video, etc) is incredibly easy!

Cons

The only change I would recommend is to be able to give a specific incentive based on the review character count. For example, reviews with less than 120 characters would receive $3 and over 120 would receive $5.
