Pros What I like most is how easy it makes it to see and understand the customer voice in one place. As a CX manager, I really value being able to see the actual feedback, photos, and product-specific comments from customers and use that information to spot trends and share meaningful feedback with other teams. Cons The biggest challenge for me is that some of the reporting and insights could be more intuitive. I sometimes have to dig around to find the specific information I’m looking for, especially when I’m trying to identify trends across reviews or customer feedback. There are a few areas where I’d like more visibility, especially around review syndication, but overall it’s been a reliable and useful platform for our team. Pros Okendo is easy to use and integrates really well with Shopify. It makes collecting and managing customer reviews simple, and I like that we're also able to syndicate our reviews to TikTok Shop. Overall, it's been a helpful tool for managing reviews across our eCommerce channels. Cons Review syndication can sometimes be a little inconsistent, and not every review makes it over to other platforms. I wish there was more visibility into which reviews are successfully syndicated and why certain reviews aren't. Cons The reporting isn't quite as good as another platform that we have used from a net promoter score perspective.
