I don't know of any tool like this, helps greatly with anything restaurant related like reservations, menus, seats and all that good stuff. The timely response from the support team helps resolve most of the issues on time. Cons Increase numbers of restaurants/cafes. Allow users to report directly as an issue or problem occurs. Their hands on approach and willingness to constantly evolve and upgrade is what sets them above the rest. Cons So far I have not noticed anything I would change. Software is very easy to use. Also for the price it’s very good. Cons There’s not a huge hype about it in the United States it seems. So I feel like it falls short on marketing and promotion. Maybe more emails and demos on updates that happen. Pros Very easy to use and the team at Eat App were great at he us to set it up for our business. Cons We would prefer a restriction on the number of tables rather than the covers, but the Eat App team are actively trying to set this up for us.
