I appreciated the training, but there is so much information and so many ways to get reports that it is overwhelming and confusing and I know my staff still feels confused.

Pros

It is ledger based vs our old system and some of the clinical charting is easier to navigate.

Cons

Complicated to learn the reporting and front office.

it was kind, personal, dedicated care by teams that got to know me, my clinic and my staff personally. They are responsive, precise, and highly professional.

Pros

it is extermely user friendly, ability to integrate with multiple programs to simplify work, communications, billing, anesthesia monitoring and radiology.

Cons

initially there were few photos that are generic and attached to treatment plans that were not as accurate, these were removed when requested.

offers much better functionality, integration, and much better customer service. I used all other software and they fell very short compared to the dedication of the care stack team and functionality and integration of the software itself.

easy to use. supportive team members, the migration process was organized really well.

Cons

Setting up the software. the migration process should make it easier for codes, and clinical notes to be migrated without having to do all the legwork ourselves.

I’m so happy to have chosen Carestack. Taking the leap into ownership has been very nerve wracking, and choosing to use practice management / EHR software I wasn’t familiar with was even crazier. Every step of the way, there have been people so willing to help and so eager to help me succeed. They don’t leave you out to dry after you’ve signed the contract. The software has been great thus far and I really feel that I made the right choice in partnering w Carestack.

Amazing support, very customizable, convenient

Cons

Not optimized for mobile use despite being cloud based

If I have an issue, they try every way possible to fix it immediately.

Cons

Very difficult to understand in the beginning. Too many steps to do one thing.

What I like least about Carestack is the complexity of payment applications, applying discounts and merchant fees.

Carestack has excellent customer service, and they did an exceptional job with the implementation and onboarding process.

Cons

It will sometimes be a little glitchy, but not too bad.

Reason for choosing CareStack

Web-based, test conversions went well. We did many test conversions with Open Dental, and the data was not coming over correctly. CareStack did a good job converting the data accurately from our previous software.

After working 20+ years with the same software, I was a bit hesitant of the change. However, it was almost seamless. The team at Carestack was there the entire process and they made it so fluid. Overall it was a fantastic experience

Pros

The reporting, the ease of learning the program. The customer service.

Cons

This a pro and con. There are multiple ways to do the same thing. So sometimes you can doubt yourself if you are doing it the most efficient way
