Pros

Data quality, intent data, customer support - everything has been amazing so far!

Cons

There are some nuances about contact prioritization that I would love to see improved (and the \[sensitive content hidden\] of Dealsignal has actually worked with me on that). Despite the changes, I have not seen this level of sophistication in any of the other solutions.

Pros

The accuracy and coverage of their data is unlike anything else on the market right now.

### "Main DealSignal user at my company"

DealSignal helps with identifying contacts at organizations and handles a lot of otherwise manual legwork. Unfortunately, the system is not set up in a way that makes it easy to understand how to optimize it, and instead I'm left trying to figure out why something simple like "Tell me the Chief Financial Officers at these specific companies" returns completely wrong individuals.

Pros

I like that DealSignal automates the scraping aspect of finding qualified leads. It saves me a lot of time by running queries and seeing the results come back in. When the filters are set correctly, the queries return high-quality leads for outreach.

Cons

In general, I find the DealSignal's website to be confusing, which has led to mixed results with the system. I find a lot of the language is unclear or confusing. For instance, I have options for "lead discovery" or "lead enrichment." When I set up a filter, I can select from "profile keywords" and "title keywords," and the logic in terms of what is prioritized is not obvious. Once I run a query and look at the associates stats, there's a result for leads that are "suppressed"--but what does that mean? There are numerous times when the query results are poor and can't be used because I'm apparently not using the system the right way--even though I appear to be following the instructions.

When my company started doing business, we were focused only on the US and ZoomInfo was providing us with needed data. In the meantime, our focus spread to Europe as well, so without DealSignal we would not be able to get data on leads. A week ago, DealSignal played a pivotal role in helping me close a major deal swiftly. Platform’s data proved to be super precise by providing me with insights that led to uncovering a new point of contact that I needed.

Pros

Since I had many problems with customer support while using ZoomInfo, I am extremely grateful to DealSignal and its team. Their commitment to prompt and effective issue resolution is commendable, as it ensures that you can quickly overcome any challenges or difficulties that encounter along the way. I work by myself mostly, I know what I want and I need solutions quickly. Simple as that.

Cons

I still have not encountered any difficulties using the platform.

As a recruiter who has been using DealSignal's B2B lead generation software for over a year, I have to say that I'm quite impressed with the tool's accuracy and customer service. Previously, I had been using ZoomInfo, but I had to switch when their data accuracy no longer met my expectations. Pros

The accuracy of DealSignal's data has so far been excellent. The tool has a high level of data hygiene, and I can trust that the information I'm getting is up-to-date and relevant.DealSignal also has a variety of filters that I can customize to meet my specific search criteria. This means that I can get more targeted results that are relevant to the job openings I'm working on.With DealSignal, I can quickly find relevant leads without spending hours searching through multiple sources. Pros

One thing I appreciate most about DealSignal is how easy the software is to use. I found the entire user experience super intuitive and straightforward. Their customer service team has been fantastic to work with and is always quick to help when we need it.What I think really sets DealSignal apart, however, is the quality of their leads. They're fresh, accurate, and highly targeted. We've had an excellent response rate from the leads generated by DealSignal, and it's been incredibly beneficial to our outreach efforts.

Cons

Sometimes, the software can be a little slow to load. This has been particularly noticeable when we were attempting the generate more than 3 leads at a time, where there has been a bit of a delay until we got the results. It’s not a dealbreaker, we didn’t actually lose any leads or anything like that, but it’s definitely something I hope will get resolved.
