Pros I like how convenient it was to access a POS system right from my phone. The money was always deposited the next day and I could take payment anywhere I was at. Cons It doesn't have a whole lot of functionality. You can really setup items to sell you can just plug in the amount due. I like to know what my customers are buying to better suit our business needs but with this app it doesn't allow for that. It helped us set benchmarks for performance while still maintaining realistic timelines for everyone on the team so that no team member was left to fend for themselves. I can honestly recommend this to any sales/marketing team if they are looking for a better way to use the data they already have but are not tracking to their benefit. Pros Easy to use Very helpful in managing my personal workload Great user interface and intuitive design Cons The only issue that came up when using the Chase App is one that I see with every new software implementation at a company, adoption. While most other new software require lengthy integration time and heavy user training, the Chase App was a wonderful change of pace. While adoption was not immediate for my team I can say that it was a much smoother transition from our previous management software. Overall the experience was a walk in the park compared to other software integrations I have been a part of.
