Pros

You don’t need to have all the staff in a room at the same time. Training at your fingertips. No cost of materials. Don’t have to schedule anything.

Cons

Staff don’t necessarily get to try any products, but this would be ultimately effective if paired with one on one training.

Benefits of spiffy include easy of use, anytime you can share knowledge easily in a comprehensible way it's a win in my books.

Pros

I work in Legal recreational cannabis in Canada. There is a STEEP learning curve, and the curve is only accelerating. Spiffy allows us to put together packets of information in SUPER easy to absorb nuggets for or staff to consume wherever they so choose to. Spiffy allows staff to learn material and then we put in a couple review questions just to make sure the key points are reviewed.

Cons

Its great as a service BUT its a little buggy, most of the time. switching between full screen and non also sometimes slows down the app but as long as the user is taking their time and reading over the information your not racing through spiffy anyway so It can be a little slow for now. thats fine.

The new way to listen to music without storing it. I like that you can listen to music anytime and anywhere without having it stored on your computer or phone.

Cons

I don't really like the price of the subscription.

Spiffy allows us to better serve some of our biggest clients and it handles the checkout process just well. Since working with Spiffy, the checkout process has been simplified with no problems whatsoever.

Pros

First thing first, Spiffy is super easy to use and it has a very friendly user interface. Spiffy also solves the super complex checkout form problem. Collecting money from customers is the most important part of any business, and Spiffy prioritizes that in an amazing way. Spiffy is also fast and has no glitches. The customer service is always ready to help with any problems and they reply promptly.

Cons

Since our company has been using Spiffy, I have not had any negative remark about the software. It functions well and does the job all the time.

Ease of onboarding new staff

Pros

This tool helps us get information into the hands and minds of our employees in a quick and efficient way. It repeatable and consistent. Also we can legitimately track progress

Cons

Minor lags in video loading cause some issues. Getting staff comfortable with product is a sometimes an issue

There are definitely some staff who prefer that there managers were not able to track their training progress, but we know that's what is best for the business, and the staff always come around once they know that they can get their training done from anywhere, at any time (rather than coming in on a Sunday morning after a Saturday close!).

Overall we needed a system that we could use ongoing for regular updates and communication! And most importantly, one that is easy to access for people across the entire country with engaging and quick content that allows for effective education and knowledge transfer.

Pros

I can't say enough about all of the great features Spiffy brings to us! It's ease of use for our corporate and franchise partners; the modern technology that is attractive & modern for users of all ages and technological ability; their ability to make content exciting and engaging for our people; or the best part might be the partnership we've created with Spiffy! They are smart, knowledgeable, resourceful and are definitely a part of our team! Their suggestions and recommendations have been invaluable!

It's easy to use and follow. Great training app, especially during covid to be able to contact and train staff while being unable to do so in person and keep all staff up to date and trained on the same topics.

Cons

Does not tell you where you've made a mistake until after completing quizzes.

I love how easy and quick it is to create content.

Pros

I love the layout and functionality on the user side.

Cons

My only complaint is not being able to edit the questions needed to pass after the quiz has been deployed.
