Overall though it still provided strong privacy without the need for advanced tinkering. Satisfied for general browsing

Pros

They had a friendly user interface and a large network of servers in multiple countries and worked well

Cons

The fact that a dedicated ip cost extra and that it isn’t very good at bypassing deep packet inspection

My overall experience with Cyberghost VPN is excellent! I don't have much to complain about except for the price of the plans. I always use it to protect myself from potential invasions and/or to camouflage my IP. I recommend it to anyone who needs an excellent VPN.

Pros

I found Cyberghost very easy to use, as well as being a super secure VPN app with a large server network. I really enjoy using it in my day-to-day life.

Cons

What I didn't like very much was the price of some plans, which is a little higher than normal compared to its other competitors. However, I know that they need some income for the application to work properly.

Pathetic. Extremely poor customer support experience and extremely poor product. Never subscribing again.

Pros

Free trial. Just a basic VPN that easily gets tracked and blocked. The only thing I liked was the free trial. Worked just fine but everything went downhill after subscribing to it and now, I regret my decision.

Cons

Almost everything - that starts after you subscribe to it. Their customer support never - ever cares about their customers, they stick to their usual notes and would never investigate anything. Now about the product: - Gets my Mac slow. Everything on the internet takes forever to load - and when I disconnect the VPN, things get back on track and browser tabs open within a fraction of a sec. - Easily gets detected. Like easily! - I'm trying for the past 10 mins or longer to open the Mac app to connect to it, still wouldn't open. I bought for two years and I regret my decision. Don't recommend at all.

La mia esperienza con CyberGhost VPN è completamente positiva ritengo sia una buona VPN, con poco ci si connette su server esteri senza complicanze, rapporto qualità prezzo molto conveniente

Pros

CyberGhost VPN utilizza un semplice pulsante per avviare la navigazione anonima questo mi è piaciuto molto, con pochi secondi vieni connesso su un server situato all'estero, il software lavora bene nasconde l'IP reale garantendo la privacy ottimo

Cons

Ho provato uno speed test sulla connessione con CyberGhost VPN connesso correttamente su server francesi, la connessione è rallentata di molto da risolvere, non mi è piaciuto molto la connessione automatica tramite uno specifico servizio

Absolutely appalling, both VPN and their customer service.

Pros

Ease of enrolling, attractive site and plan description.

Cons

unreliable, does not work in all declared areas of service. 1-month package is in fact is ongoing subscription that's very hard to cancel, leave alone get refunded. Unsubscribing requires chatting with a rep. who is trying to extract personal info and makes every effort to keep you on subscription

It is super fast and reliable. Having the option to have a dedicated IP address is a must to avoid proving you’re not a robot constantly.

Cons

The billing process can be a bit confusing.

Pros

Very good pricing. Very easy to use. The desktop app for Mac OS is very good and simple. also the app for iPhones is good. It allowes you have multiple devices where you can use cyberghost. the variety of countries is also very good, there are really a lot. for streaming it is also one of the best.

Cons

That the do not have an app for appletv. Sometimes the connection just stopped, you had to "unwire" the connection to start working again.

CyberGhost VPN is a good VPN service and trustworthy. Nice discounts when purchasing the first time.

Pros

CyberGhost is top notch VPN service. It is easy to install it on your system and offers support for all OS and devices. The connections is fast and secure, you don't even realize is thru a VPN.

Cons

Sometimes the VPN was disconnecting when browsing, happened rarely but happens.
