I love the fact that AVG does not slow my computer and I’m able to go on with my work knowing that any threat will be dealt with. Everything is scanned and threats dealt with from emails to USB drives. AVG helps find disk errors and help me sort damaged files that can lead to my machine to slow down. Cons Though AVG can be effective in dealing with threats and malware if you use the free version you might not be fully protected. The free version doesn't come with a firewall or VPN.
