Highly recommend. Price is great. Pros I love that the staff listens to what you are looking for and then does not try to recreate the wheel if they don't have to. They try to make what they have work, to save your company money and work within your budget. They do not try to talk software talk to you either. They talk in layman's terms and make the integration straight forward and follow up to make sure that it all makes sense along the way. Cons I have not found any shortcomings yet for our needs. Vice President Real Estate Used the software for: 2+ years ### "ZInspector for Rental Properties" July 17, 2023 5.0 We had a neighbor of one of our rental properties claim that our previous tenant broke a piece of their iron fence off. We were able to access the pictures and prove that the fence in question was intact before the timeframe of the claim. Zinspector has all these suggestions of pictures - "Front Entry, Walkway, Side Yard" etc. If it had not been for those strong suggestions, I doubt we would have remembered to take pictures of the side yard, where the iron fence was located. Pros I like how easy it is to connect the Theta Z camera to the app, and you can bypass taking individual pictures by just taking one 3D picture. It's got a great labeling system - "D" for Damaged, etc. so you can quickly pinpoint in the report where the problem areas are in the rental property. Cons There was a bit of a learning curve in using the mobile app. Reason for choosing zInspector Great price! Review Source KB Kelly B. We utilize it by several different departments to communicate about the inspections. Pros The best part of this software is that it is user-friendly in that maintenance has the tools in their hand via iPad to checkmark their inspections with photos and other comments that are helpful to the property manager when reviewing the inspections. Cons Sometimes, the buttons in the software are confusing. There seem to be too many options which causes confusion when searching for photos, etc. Review Source LS Lisa S. Would like to use again in the future when needed. Pros The fact that you can use this very easily and incorporate into our inspections with minimal training. Pros Very easy to use and it has just the right amount of customization. The service is excellent. Pros This is one of the most awesome products I’ve used. Being able to take photos prior to new tenants moving in as well as when they move out so that there can be no discrepancies over repairs and damages has been a true lifesaver!
