I really liked it, but I ended up selecting another one at the time, which better met my needs. However, I consider that in the future, when it becomes necessary to deploy tools for a new work team, I will consider Papyrs again. Pros It's beautiful, and the user interface is perfect. The buttons are in the correct places, making them very intuitive to use. There is no learning curve. By the time you open the tool you already understand how it works. It is very useful to be used as an online workspace for any type of team, of any size. It's highly customizable, you can use to manage processes and routine work, also projects, and even use as a knowledge base. Cons Competition in this niche is quite aggressive. The tool cost is not low, and when choosing which tool to employ, there are many good alternatives currently on the market. The ability to embed widgets or RSS feeds is super helpful! Pros Papyrs is very user friendly as pages can be created with a drag and drop editor. For this reason, our intranet was easy to set up and allowed other company members to customize their department/task forces page. Cons Unless your organization purchases one of the higher payment plans from Papyrs the customization can be a bit lacking. For the level we have we cannot customize each color on the homepage and page background colors must be selected from a small set of options. Creating a wiki site was super easy with this intuitive program. Although for our needs some of the features are a bit too rich, the overall product it much more user-friendly than our last intranet site, and it's much more appealing to our company users as well. Cons It's a little pricey, especially for a small business. Since we don't need many of the features, it would be nice if there were a "lite" option.
