Value for Money Customer Support Security Project Collaboration Scheduling and Payroll Bugs and Issues Customization Options.

Pros

The platform makes it incredibly easy to attach modern features like project collaborations, schedulin and payroll, in-app purchases, and geofencing without building them from scratch. customer support is great, Awesome Security pro!! and Customization Options!!

Cons

Bugs and Issues Had none so i think that this program is safe for me to say there are no problems!! company is great.

Une large possibilité d'affichage et le développement de nouveaux modules très intéressants pour répondre à une multitude de besoin

Cons

Je trouve VPPortal encore très limité dans son paramétrage d'affichage pour les utilisateurs. L'ajustement automatique des lignes qui fausse la lecture des plannings

Pros

L’un des points forts que j’apprécie particulièrement est la possibilité de créer des plannings personnalisés, parfaitement alignés avec les spécificités de nos activités. Les capacités d’interconnexion de VP constituent également un véritable atout, en permettant une synchronisation et une mise à jour automatiques des données.

Cons

Selon moi, il manque une fonctionnalité comparable au publipostage, mais directement basée sur Excel. Dans certains cas d’usage, le recours à Word ne répond pas pleinement aux besoins et peut s’avérer moins adapté.

Très pratique à travailler en direct, par contre le mode impression ou pdf pour envoyer aux collaborateurs est moins visible

Le logiciel est très flexible et simple d'utilisation. la création des collaborateurs et des sites est très facile.

Cons

Plus on a de collaborateurs dans un planning moins cela est visible lorsqu'on envoie plusieurs semaines de planning aux collaborateurs

Pros

Mutualisation du planning avec tous les utilisateurs qu’ils soient sur le terrain ou au bureau. Visualisation en un coup d’œil.

Cons

Manque d’ergonomie dans le paramétrage des fonctions. Assez compliqué de mettre en place de nouvelles fonctions (mailing par exemple).

Très bien avec la formation paramétrage suivie puisque je suis libre de créer comme je veux dans le logiciel et l'adapter à nos besoins.

Pros

Liberté de paramétrage, pouvoir construire les vues, les import/export qui me conviennent pour que le logiciel s'adapte à nos besoins.

Cons

Praticité du support (ticketing), pas moyen de répondre à un ticket, d'avoir l'historique des échanges, je suis obligé de me construire un plateforme de suivi dans mes mails. Aussi, peu d'informations sur l'avancé des tickets, surtout quand c'est chez les développeurs.

My overall experience with Visual Planning has been positive. It is a useful tool for project management and resource planning, especially when working with teams. It provides a clear overview of tasks and schedules, which improves organization. However, it does take some time to get used to and fully take advantage of its advanced features.
