C'est un outil performant permettant de gérer comme il faut plusieurs type de projet. Par contre il faut un administrateur très impliqué et performant pour exploiter au mieux l'outil.

Pros

L'ergonomie, la myriade de paramètres pour personnaliser l'outil, la précision des évènements et la vue planning.

Cons

On doit faire attention à la performance de l'outil, dans certains cas il se peut qu'il soit surchargé et ne réponde pas.

Bonne expérience et bon suivi de projet avec les intégrateurs/développeurs et bon retour de nos utilisateurs

Pros

Visualisation des interventions simple, possibilité de voir la localisation des interventions, faillibilité de mise en place de l'import des données, intégration simple, adaptabilité

Cons

Liberté sur la mise en forme des planning (mise en forme conditionnelle, affichage ...), filtres pouvant être améliorées, une partie simulation de planning/charge, historique de modification manquant

je mets la note de 4/20, cela résume mon expérience global

Pros

ce n'est pas un logiciel pour gérer des humains pour des humains en arrêt de travail, ce logiciel ne gère pas la partie psychologique, il est bon pour gérer une flotte de camion

Cons

peu pratique, lourd d'utilisation, peu ergonome, astreignant, peu flexible....je passe plus de temps qu'avant avec un support papier

Nous utilisons VisualPlanning quotidiennement pour nos gestion de planning de fabrication et de pose. Il s'avère parfaitement adapté pour nos plannings très fluctuants

Visual Planning s'adapte parfaitement à tous nous besoins réels de gestion de chantier. Les possibilités sont immenses

Cons

La paramétrage reste assez compliqué pour des non initiés. L'ergonomie de certaines fonctionnalités pourrait être amélioré.

L'expérience est globalement satisfaisante, il manquerait la possibilité de saisir la création d'opérations comme dans une feuille Excel.

Pros

La planification à la minute est indispensable pour la planification des chronologies de lancement. C'est une des raisons du choix de VP.

Cons

Les éditions sont très difficiles à cadrer. Nous n'avons quasiment aucune maitrise sur ce qui est généré.

Un outil puissant dont l'exhaustivité des fonctionnalités reste difficile à maitriser et à utiliser.

Pros

le partage de l'information en directe et la possibilité d'interagir à plusieurs sur le planning. La vue ressource personnel en même temps que le planning produits est un vrai avantage. la connectivité par API avec les autres outils de l'entreprise

Cons

La vue VP portal reste basique et ne permet pas un visuel optimal. Nécessite de limiter les données pour avoir des temps de chargement pas trop lent.

Pros

Interface conviviale et possibilité de paramétrage énorme qui permet d'utiliser Visual Planning pour diverses besoins allant de la planification d'intervention sur site a la gestion d'un laboratoire.

Cons

Des progrès encore à faire coté automatisation, les champs calculés ont une utilisation trop limité.

Globalement, notre expérience avec Visual Planning au sein de la société est très positive. Il s'agit d'un outil performant qui s'est parfaitement adapté à nos besoins spécifiques. Grâce à sa grande précision, il nous permet de centraliser et de piloter efficacement plusieurs piliers de notre activité : La planification opérationnelle La facturation La gestion de notre flotte de véhicules Le suivi personnalisé de chaque membre du personnel Chaque collaborateur s'y retrouve, car l'outil coïncide idéalement avec les réalités du terrain et les profils de chacun. Le bémol à souligner : > Malgré ces excellentes performances fonctionnelles, l'absence de mises à jour régulières de notre part laisse vieillir le logiciel. Sans ces évolutions techniques, l'interface perd de sa modernité et risque de freiner l'agilité d'un outil qui reste, sur le fond, extrêmement puissant pour notre organisation.

Pros

Le logiciel Visual Planning se distingue avant alles par sa remarquable adaptabilité aux multiples besoins de création des entreprises. Conçu comme une solution sur mesure, il permet de modéliser n'importe quel processus métier, qu'il s'agisse de la gestion de chantiers, du suivi de projets complexes ou de l'optimisation des ressources humaines. Grâce à son interface hautement configurable, chaque utilisateur peut concevoir des plannings visuels interactifs et des tableaux de bord qui collent parfaitement à ses exigences opérationnelles. Cette flexibilité unique en fait un outil indispensable pour transformer des flux de travail complexes en une organisation fluide, collaborative et parfaitement structurée.

Cons

Malgré ses nombreux atouts, Visual Planning peut afficher certaines limites en matière de rafraîchissement et de fluidité lorsque la data est trop lourde. En effet, face à un volume massif de données ou à des feuilles de calcul ultra-complexes, le logiciel peut subir des ralentissements notables. Ce manque de réactivité lors de la mise à jour des plannings en temps réel altère parfois l'expérience utilisateur.
