Pros: Pros: Responsiveness is great. I also like the sequence of questions, which have a nice flow which helps when engaging with my stakeholders to perform business impact assessments

Cons: Cons: It is missing a controls module. I understand this is something the company will introduce in a future release. I look forward to seeing a controls module in the future so that in my organisation I can have the end to end view in one tool.

Overall: Moved away from spreadsheets which were difficult to version control. The software is SaaS based so is easier to access and there is the challenge of issues arising if multiple people need to access at the same time.
