## What is Channel Manager?

Integrate and automate all your systems with reliable two-way interfaces. Enter your rates and availabilities in our system or have your PMS send them to us. This data is then forwarded to all your connected booking portals. When a reservation is made, we import the reservation and automatically change the inventory on all platforms. The reservation is then sent to you and synchronised with your Property Management System.

the purpose of a channel manager is to handle the high volume of reservations coming in and out without having to worry and this one does the job extremely well. Had nothing to worry about and when a couple of times i faced a problem the support team was there to fix the problem very quickly.

Pros

Extremely easy to use, information presented in a very clear way, easy to understand.

Cons

there isn't much to not like honestly. it has all the features you need and most important its very easy to use.

The onboarding was easy, we received always friendly support. The videos are easy to understand and when I was not able to help myself the helpdesk ansered soon.

Pros

The software itself works smooth and without interuptions, this is important for us.

Cons

Hard to say... small little things ... always have been solved quick or are easy to understand.

Reasons for choosing Channel Manager

We talked to the owner of our PMS software and he told us ablout his good experiences with hotelspider so we did not search for others.

We had to change all our GM (from an old system to Hotel Spider) a couple of months ago. The staff from Hotel Spider did everything we had to do for us (conference call so that we are also informed about eveything). Everything perfect. And they are happy to help at anytime!

The staff is always friendly and happy to help. You can call them at any time!

Cons

so far nothing to complain! They are very professionel

\- The structure is very well thought out which makes the use quite easy. You can connect the different rooms and rates with each other and this make the daily work economicall. - Very good support - a lot of interfaces
