Pros: I love the easy navigation and it helped us a lot with managing our customers experiences.
All your team is on same plate and can discuss ideas in real time, even your team is distributed across world.

Cons: I do not have any cons yet. Maybe missing multi journey map, and would love to have a way to live chat with my team.
