Administrative Assistant and Billing Specialist Hospital & Health Care Used the software for: 2+ years ### "In all actuality Equifax is a wonderful software program with more uses than just credit checks" September 1, 2024 5.0 Maximizing the use of Equifax's capabilities while handling the associated complications is perhaps how I would describe my experience. Being able to assist patients in getting the finance they want and need for dental care can be quite fulfilling. Pros Equifax offers individualized financing options that are suited to each patient's needs, in which more patients agreed to dental treatment, and in return, office production increased. Cons Have had some difficulties in reaching support representatives and getting timely responses. This can be frustrating for us as employees who need immediate assistance to help with patient care. I don't use anything else. Pros When I need to compile numerous pdf's together, cutepdf is my daily go to. I'm able to delete pages, replace Pages, insert pages and text and everything else necessary to our together professional quality PDF'S. Cons I love cutepdf and I have no complaints. The only thing I could suggest is an updated user interface and dark mode to reduce blue light intake for users. I have to jump through some security hoops to do it but. It can be done. Pros I like the fact that you are able to monitor your credit report in order to make sure that there has been no fraudulent activity bern taking place. Cons The thing I like least is the fact that it it a pain in the backside to set up. One has to have a ton of patience in the set up process. Cons What I don't like about it is that it goes down often and usually when we need it the most, it doesn't take too long to come back online but it can be a hassle when you have teammates to on board and no time to waste. It is easy to understand how to navigate the front end Cons It feels slow when inputting the data, the system is old school but it works. The back end was annoying to set up. Its easy to assign to someone else if change in personnel and the reports are valuable to our corporate office. Pros I like that I can process my unemployment claims and upload documents online instead of mailing in information and the reporting of how our company is doing with claims wins vs losses. Cons Takes longer than normal to defend a claim with as many questions that are asked, but they are thorough. It is pretty clear when trying to read your credit report and if there are any issues its handled quickly.
